My stay was amazing. Located on the outskirts but close to the village, it offers unique tranquility, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the surroundings. The place is spotless and has everything you need to feel at home. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen functional and the atmosphere cozy. Every detail was thought out to ensure comfort and relaxation. Diego, the host, was exceptional. Always friendly and attentive, he provided us with valuable information about the area, making our experience even more special. A perfect place to rest and enjoy. I hope to be back soon!

It was an amazing place, very nice space, the rooms were more than comfortable with air conditioning, it always felt cool, the pool was large and the jacuzzi was very good, the play area was fun, the kitchen had everything to cook and the BBQ was well-equipped. Small but very minor issue is that at night the BBQ needed lighting and that at one point the man in charge of pool maintenance came out of nowhere and did not warn us. It would have been nice to know that he was coming to the place for some repair. Overall, an amazing place, quiet and very complete.

Ginna's place was spotless when we arrived, it contained all the ammenities listed and the shared pictures show very well the property. Something that is not mentioned is that you will have access, depending on the season, to an unlimited number of mangoes, coconuts, oranges and mandarines available all throughout the property. We got to enjoy the mangoes everyday and some coconuts at the end of our stay. :) The property has two hosts that took care of everything, were very attentive and pro-active. They shared their contact with us and were very responsive whenever we needed them. Additionally, the host offered the possibility of having a cleaning service any day of our stay for a small additional fee. The lady was very helpful and kind. She helped with the cleaning and cooking for half the stay The only point of improvement for the property is the check-in procedure; going through each item of the house and signing some documents. It took about 30 min.

My stay was very good! The house was impeccable, very comfortable, and offered a wide variety of activities to enjoy. In addition, Angel, the caretaker, was exceptional: attentive, friendly and always attentive to our well-being. Definitely an experience I would recommend without a doubt. As an additional recommendation, I would consider adding meshes in the area of the courts to avoid the loss of balls, for everything else, we would definitely come back!

The place is very nice, the pool is perfect. Diego is very friendly and responds to messages in a timely manner. For improvement: the security of the doors although the condominium is very safe; the gates at the entrance allow the access of dogs and cats from the neighborhood to the rear where the pool is. But , worth coming back. Thank you so much, Diego!

Iovanny and Santiago! My family and I are super grateful with their kindness and excellent willingness to serve us in the best way. The house is just like the photos, it has the necessary amenities to have a very pleasant stay. Wifi excellent signal! The set and the pool, excellent. The area is very close to downtown and highly recommended. We will repeat without thinking. Thank you for replacing the microwave, it doesn't do any. really thank you!

Guillermo is a super host, it's pending from the day of booking and always responds quickly. The house is spectacular, just like in photos and it seemed a very good detail that after each rental it takes two days of cleaning and is not rented Immediately, which ensures cleanliness. The clean pool, everything in general very good, has an oven, ice machine, a good fridge and an extra fridge for drinks. I would totally come back

Excellent, the people who work and Noa, who takes care of the house, are very nice, attentive, they helped us a lot, it is private, the only thing to keep in mind is to bring a good repellent, I would definitely come back, thanks Yeli Don Ronald and his wife are excellent.

The place is accurate as shown in the pictures, beautiful condominium, safe and comfortable, perfect for jogging or biking. Nubia's attention is excellent, always ready to collaborate and with the best attitude. Very good pool, it's the best part of the house. Clean and comfortable rooms, spacious and well organized social areas. I would come back for sure.

A great place to rest and spend time with family! The apartment is very nice, clean and modern. Being in a closed set feels very safe. Very close to Melgar so you can come and go in a few minutes.

Andrés' accommodation is excellent, his service is unbeatable, he was always attentive to needs and concerns with immediate response times. Sandra's apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The pool and jacuzzi reservation makes check-in orderly. It is a five-minute walk from the town of Ricaurte, so any shopping you need is very close. A very quiet complex to rest.
