Monthly Rentals in Niles Township

My friends and I stayed here for a local conference, and it met our needs perfectly. The space was clean, comfortable, and as described. Communication with Shaheen was great, and we had no issues during our stay. We had a positive experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet apartment, walkable to great coffee shops and restaurants. Allowed us easy access to the city and our weekend destination plans.

Fantastic home with fantastic hosts. There's a reason they and their home are so highly rated. The place was exactly like the photos. Bed and bedding were both very comfortable. The entire place was appointed with nice little amenities to make a person feel at home. Neighborhood was peaceful, safe and walkable. Lots of really good restaurants in the area to choose from. I accidentally parked in front of the fire hydrant and the hosts were gracious enough to let me know of my mistake before I got ticketed or towed. There is plenty of street available parking just be mindful of the hydrant. I would 100% stay here again. I work nights and sleep days and had no issues sleeping peacefully through the day.

We had a great time staying in this historic home! Our family always does a quick trip to Chicago during the holidays, and we decided to stay further away from the city this time and take the train in. The house worked really well for us and was so fun and interesting as well. Also, just FYI--the train station is a five-minute drive away, with very inexpensive parking, which makes a trip to downtown very easy and convenient.
