Monthly Rentals in Nikithianos

Our experience was great, great hospitality. It was perfect for the relaxation we wanted, it felt like home, there was everything in the house from cleaning supplies to food in the fridge for breakfast. We had wood for a fireplace, kindling, etc. The TV was smart that helped us have an even more enjoyable time. I highly recommend it, thank you so much for hosting!! Our dog was also hosted at no extra charge!

Great amenities, supplies for the first few days in the fridge. There was nothing missing, we felt very comfortable. Come back anytime!

Wow, we have been staying at air b&bs for many years and the Mountain House at Perampela is amazing and Vangelis the best host we have met. His attention to detail in the facilities in the house, his welcome and ongoing support and recommendations throughout our stay were second to none. The tiny village is also incredibly welcoming with neighbours bringing us both some fresh milk one morning and celebration bread after a service at the local church. Despite visiting in mid November we found plenty to do and enjoyed visiting local places, tavernas, and hikes often with ideas from Vangelis to get us started. The house has everything you need and we enjoyed cooking fresh meals on several days using produce left by Vangelis and from the local supermarket and markets. The house is also in such a peaceful and beautiful location while still within an easy drive of tourist destinations, beaches and tavernas. We would highly recommend this stay it is a must!

I was with my father at the place for a week at the beginning of April. We were positively surprised. Check-in went smoothly thanks to quick communication with Nikolas. In the Airbnb, we found many small touches that made our arrival very pleasant. Even during the stay, Nikolas reacted quickly when we didn't know something or had a question. The Airbnb has everything to take care of yourself. The quiet courtyard invites you to linger and you can have a wonderful breakfast in the sun there. In Voulismeni itself it is very quiet, it is only 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes walk to the next larger city Naples, where you can find everything from restaurants to cafes to shopping. The Airbnb is a great starting point to explore eastern Crete. We felt completely comfortable and would recommend the place and Nikolas at any time! Best regards, Ralf and Anna :)
