A fantastic place, what a great house, also the garden is great. Lots of attention to decor and decoration. Communication was very nice and constantly possible for help.

We had a wonderful stay in the Koetshuis. The area is beautiful for hiking, restaurants are within walking distance and in the B&B you can also enjoy a nice breakfast.

Beautiful spacious villa. Everything you need for a long friends weekend or getaway with a large family. The spacious garden with BBQ and basement with pool table, dart board, etc. are really good additions. Everything neat and clean.

A very cozy spacious holiday home with a very large garden. A good base for hiking and cycling there. It is an added value that you can put the bikes in a storage room. With small children, it's worth paying attention to the two small ponds The trampoline could use a covering edge and the swing may also need to be replaced. The petanque court is very nice.

very nice group/family accommodation, for young and old. Partly due to the spacious, clean, separate recreation space with very nice things, kitchenette, music system, table etc very nice. The garden also gives many possibilities and tranquility. Also nice for the dogs. Fence front house is low. Surroundings: excursions, beautiful zoo, but by car / bike. Super clean and solid.

Nice place! We met here with a group of friends from all over the country. Had a very nice evening, celebrated nice party and enjoyed everything. Nanda is a great host: a lot is possible and allowed.

The house was just great, we had beautiful weather and could use the huge garden, sauna and barbecue. We liked the dining area the most, which was cozy with glass fronts and views of the garden. We can imagine coming back again. Patrick was very responsive and ready for any question.

We have completely relaxed in this beautiful house and more than 10 seats in the gardens around it. After a good night's sleep in a super dark bedroom, just feed the chickens and collect eggs. A round around the house and today we will have brunch on the terrace. The sun is shining and we are sunbathing on the sunbeds, alternating with a dip in the pool. We attach the pizza oven and eat the homemade pizza at the long picnic table under the fruit trees. The day ends with him at eight o'clock on the sofa, looking at the fireplace and a good cup of freshly ground coffee, brewed at exactly the right strength. Need I say more? Thank you Helena and Martin! Ten out of ten.

We stayed with a group of friends of 16 in this villa. It was in April so unfortunately the water from the pool was not warm enough to swim in it. But, it was a nice stay, the rooms were spacious, the beds and sleeping beds were lovely. Very nice that there are some bathrooms so we didn't have to wait for each other. Even if people already wanted to sleep and part wanted to do another beer, this was just in terms of deafness. Ool wanted to put the groceries in the fridge before 4 p.m., and in consultation this could too! That was very nice given the activity we were going to do. It was a nice stay!!

Lovely Airbnb in the country right across the street from hiking trails and close to a cafe and brewery. Very clean, quiet, spacious, and has everything you need for a great stay. Would highly recommend and if I am ever in the area, would definitely love to stay there again.

Caroline is an amazing hostess! She has a customer-centric approach and made everything and beyond to make sure the guests had all they needed. She even purchased a safe after I asked if she had one available, that's how proactive she is! I raised the question in the morning and in the evening I got her message saying she ordered the safe, which was highly appreciated and thoughtful of her! She also made arrangements for dinner in the first night in a lovely restaurant nearby. The family loved the time in her beautiful house! Thank you, Caroline, for your fast communication and flexibility! You are the greatest example of a super host! :)

We stayed here for 9 nights with three generations - parents, grandparents and two children (1.5 and 5). The house house is spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The owners even kindly provided a cot and highchair. Our 5 year old daughter loved her room, which was decorated as a lovely girl's bedroom. The contained and shaded garden was great for the children to play in in the summer heat, especially the inbuilt trampoline. The layout of the house also meant that the 1.5 year old could stay in a separate wing and didn't wake everyone in the family up at 6 am. Just be mindful of the fairly steep stairs to the top floor (bedrooms 5 and 6). The location is great for visiting Efteling and it's a nice stroll into Vjijmen, which has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A short car ride away are nice towns like the fortified Heusden, and a fabulous bathing lake with a sandy beach and other facilities is within walking distance. Nice quiet and leafy neighbourhood with interesting houses. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and provided a useful welcome booklet (as well as some delicious local treats). We will look back fondly on our stay!

The house was charming, spotless, and very well-kept—a truly cozy and peaceful retreat. The surroundings were tranquil, making it a perfect getaway. We'd absolutely love to return Tom & Henne were friendly and responsive hosts.

wonderful and kind Host

Beautiful location with great amenities for our family of 4. Good location within Orischot, playgrounds for the kids, good kitchen for cooking, and plenty of beds. Highly recommended.

This accommodation is located in a small holiday park, yet the apartments are very idyllically located with a private garden. An apartment has a jacuzzi that is heated with wood (takes about 3 hours to let in water and get to temperature). But it's always worth it, we spent every night in it. Each apartment has a slightly more comfortable bedroom with a double bed and two quite small (relatively cramped) rooms where in principle only the beds can be accommodated. However, it is completely sufficient for sleeping. The apartment with jacuzzi has 2 bathrooms, one of which only has a toilet. We stayed for breakfast in one of the two apartments with 10 people, which went without problems at the large dining table. 2 grills were also provided. Everything was great, we would come back again. But you definitely need a car, as you can only get on by bus to a limited extent.

Nice house that lent itself well for a cosy game weekend! Beautiful and spacious; the only thing we missed were an oven dish and a cutting board, but otherwise the cottage had everything we needed. Communication with hosts went smoothly and pleasantly. Would definitely return here!
