Thank you very much for this beautiful place and the very friendly communication. There is really life & space in your four walls and above all in the large, wonderful garden. In the apartment, everything is prepared and perfectly furnished, so we felt right at home. The apartment is very easily accessible and nicely located. We will be happy to come back :)

We stayed in Faistenau for 5 nights and had a great time! If you like hiking, you have a great selection of mountains right outside the door and Salzburg is also quickly and easily accessible by bus. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love, super clean and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is very modern and newly furnished and was very clean. We were thrilled with the amenities. There are even bathrobes and children's toys available. Maryna was also available at short notice for questions and very friendly. We also enjoyed the swimming pool in the building very much. It is very convenient that you can reach it directly in your bathrobe via the hallway and staircase or elevator and not have to leave the building. We can fully recommend the apartment and will definitely come back.

We had a great weekend at Nicole's place and were able to relax superbly. The apartment is nicely decorated and very clean. In addition, Nicole was super personable, helpful and easily accessible. However, one small note is that the pool was not yet usable, although it should have been usable according to the description. Nevertheless, we were able to enjoy our vacation very much, thank you Nicole for that!

The place was really perfect for us as a family with older children as well as dogs. It is very quiet and yet central to reach a park or Lake Chiemsee on foot. Gstadt is a beautiful place with lots of opportunities to eat and relax and the opportunity to use various sports activities. And you are back to the apartment within 5 minutes, which offers a fantastic view of the lake.

We loved everything about this home. It was very easy to get to and Dr. Brigitte was there to greet us and show us around. The apartment itself was very quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views of the mountains. There was a grocery store just around the corner. There were also multiple bus stops just outside the house that took us everywhere we wanted to go and was super easy to use. One of our favorite things was the heated floor in the bathroom, which feels luxurious in the winter.

Fantastic surroundings and views. From the balcony you could see the whole valley. The apartment was super equipped and clean. The kitchen had everything needed. A folder with information about the location helped. Directly behind the house begins the forest. We were more than pleased with our vacation at Oliver's place. We'd love to come back soon

Our stay over the Easter holidays in the house was great. We were 8 adults and 3 children who had a lot of space to play and romp. The adjacent forest also offers good opportunity for walks. There was everything we needed and also the equipment of the kitchen was great. I would be happy to come back.

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. Fantastic! We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough. It is extremely spacious, very clean and in a great location for restaurants/groceries etc. The bedrooms are beautiful with lots of room and the Airbnb is light and open plan. The property is equipped with everything you can require, from a highchair and changing mat for a child to nespresso coffee and additional toilet roll! We loved playing the football table in the evenings. We used the properly whilst we were skiing in the SkiWelt area which wasn’t a far drive to the slopes - PERFECT!

We had a very nice time in the super cozy and beautiful place. There were problems with the heating and immediately heaters were brought to us or even how the Wi-Fi does not work, a solution was found.
