Perfect spacious cottage with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Everything as described. The host was very responsive and helpful. Very close to York or nearby towns. One tiny fault: when in the garden or opening the windows, be prepared to be exposed to some noise from passing cars and countryside smells:) But the sunset was worth it!

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

We booked Sarah’s place for a coworker to stay near to our place of work on Preston Farm Industrial Estate. We found Sarah’s house perfect for what we needed, comfortable, clean and near to the places we needed. Would recommend Sarah’s place to anyone staying in the Stockton area.

Located near to the train station and with about a 15 minute walk to get into the centre. It was freezing temperatures outside yet the bedrooms were warm and the area was quiet at night. Mattress and pillows were excellent, my only regret was not finding out who made them so I could order them for my home. Although we didn't really use the kitchen it was very well presented and the coffee maker was most welcome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend with the only minor gripe being the check-in(4pm) and check-out(10am) times.

Me and my partner spent the weekend here and it was the most peaceful and beautiful place. Lodge was spotless when we arrived and the hottub was all ready for us. During the day there is a few hikers going past the lodge so that is something to take into consideration when booking but we didn't mind this. Only thing we had to point out was there was no milk when we arrived which we assumed would be in the fridge because there was everything else there to make a cup of coffee/tea. Overall it was a lovely and peaceful experience and we would recommend this lodge to anyone.

What a stunning little cottage. Great space for me, hubby and our dog. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and more. It was very comfortable and cosy and the attention to detail is amazing. The welcome basket was an added bonus and very much appreciated. It was just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bedale and it has everything you need.

A true gem. Maggie and her family have created a little paradise in Yorkshire. We arrived not realizing she was running such a delightful bed and breakfast—complete with fantastic food and cozy accommodations that allow you to experience a slice of farm life alongside her family. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the not-too-distant future. We went away for a break with three kids - 8, 3 & 2. They loved the site and the onsite activities. For 3 nights we had plenty to entertain the children with the pool, kids club activities, crazy golf, soft play and park. This caravan though made it much more homely. I would recommend staying at this caravan rather than the site ones every time.
