Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Nicosia

Konut görsellerde anlatıldığı gibiydi. Lefkoşa'da Girne kapısı mevkiine çok yakın. Buradan istediğiniz yere minibüs, otobüs, taksi her türlü vasıtayı kullanabilmektesiniz. Hem de Suriçi'nde tarihi çevre oldukça nitelikli, camiler, arasta, han, müzeler vb. gezilecek yerler çok fazla. Sadece eve giderken bazı köhnemiş yapı ile karşılaşıyorsunuz ancak güvenli problemi kesinlikle bulunmamaktadır. Tekrar Kıbrıs'a gideceğim zaman bu evde kalmak isterim. Market'te 5 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir. Zeki Bey'de çıkışta, bavullarımızı uçak saatine kadar evde kalmasına müsaade etti. Güzel bir anı oldu bizim için..

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of unique interior details that give it a lot of charm. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here. A small tip: as mentioned in some previous reviews, the location can be a bit tricky to find at first. We found that using “Here WeGo” maps works perfectly—it has the correct location.

Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

Aslı Hanım'ın evi oldukça güzel dekore edilmiş ve şık duruyor. Tüm odalarda klima mevcut ve tüm mobilyalar ve eşyalar yeni gibiydi. Ev araçla Lefkoşa merkezine oldukça yakın konumdaydı. Ev zemin kattaydı. Camlar biraz ince olduğundan dışarıdan biraz ses gelse de bölge genellikle sessiz olduğundan çok sorun yaşamadık. Oldukça memnun kaldık. Aslı Hanım'a misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederim.

Our stay at Haritos’ place was amazing. The Airbnb is located in a beautiful mountain village with a stunning view and a very peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the house was exactly what we needed — comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Haritos was a friendly and attentive host. We would definitely come back!

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

Attentive and friendly hostess, beautiful house, it was convenient for me to the University of Cyprus, the house has everything you need for living.

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

Great place to stay in the very heart of Nicosia.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Nicosia! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. The bed was very comfortable, and the place had all the necessary facilities for a smooth and relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better – super central yet peaceful, with a stunning rooftop terrace that we really enjoyed. Communication was clear and easy, and our host was friendly and helpful, even assisting us with renting a car. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back again! :)

Great value for money with lots of extras thrown in like water (we really appreciate that thanks) - the key for a weekend stay is make sure you’ll be out late due to noise from the street but if you plan to be out it’s an ideal spot for a cheap stay very close to parking, shops and restaurants and all the character of Nicosia old town. Thanks a lot for the stay.

Michalis was an extremely helpful host. He provided us with plenty of additional furniture for our 7 month old while also being extremely responsive when the WiFi stopped working. Great host and great apartment.

A great place to stay in the center of Nicosia. It was my second stay and as always it was clean, ready to receive me and Marie/ Ellen allowed me to check in a bit earlier than the assigned time which was very kind of her and helpful for me too. Marie- Ellen always responded to my questions quickly and accurately offering any help I needed. I must say that when I arrived at her place other than the super cleanliness of the place, Marie-Ellen had everything one would need after a trip such as coffee , tea, cereal, fruit, and breakfast. Her fridge and cupboards were well stocked which made the beginning of my stay easy and comfortable. Thanks a lot Marie-Ellen and see you soon again! Aida

Ein sehr gut geführtes Airbnb. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und der Gastgeber hat sogar für einige Lebensmittel gesorgt. Kommunikation war einfach und schnell. Man ist in ca 15 min. zu Fuss an der Ledra Strasse. Perfekt!

Highly recommend this place, close to everything and the host is extremely helpful

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans le logement de Suna. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis, et tout au long de notre séjour, Suna a multiplié les petites attentions qui ont rendu notre voyage encore plus agréable. Sa maman est également d'une grande gentillesse, toujours souriante. Le logement est lumineux, spacieux, parfaitement équipé : on s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. Il est idéalement situé, à proximité des transports en commun et des commerces. Je recommande vivement cette adresse et n’hésiterai pas une seconde à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Chypre !

Eşimle beraber çok güzel bir yerde konakladık. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Klima olmazsa olmazıydı çok rahat bir tatil geçirdik. Buluç beyin iletişimi çok iyiydi evin konumu, düzeni her şeyin olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Umarım bir sonraki tatillerimizde de görüşürüz 🙏☺️

Definitely the best Airbnb you can pick in Nicosia. 10/10. First of all Esra is extremely friendly and kind to her guests 🤞 The house is quite cozy, clean and full with necessary equipments. Location is great, walkable, easy to access close to public transportation points. The view from balcony - vibrant street and green area- is amazing yet the street gets a bit noisy at night time due to bars and night clubs nearby. Don't even look up for other options. Book Esra's place, worths the vibes and price 🍀

Το κατάλυμα της Constantia ήταν άψογο! Πεντακάθαρος, αναικαινισμένος, σύγχρονος και προσεγμένος χώρος! Η ίδια ήταν αμεσότατη στην επικοινωνία με ευγένεια και σαφείς οδηγίες για την πρόσβαση στο χώρο!

Centrally located in Nicosia, this apartment is ideal for those who want to explore the old town. The apartment itself is spacious and nicely furnished. Alexis is a friendly and responsive host who upon arrival had left a thoughtful selection of welcome items such as fruit and wine. Although you will be lucky to find free on-street parking in the old town, there are a number of local car parks which are reasonably priced too. One thing to note is the restaurant opposite, which is very popular, and the greek music might be a little loud for some at night (all part of the old town experience!) That alone wouldn't stop me from booking here again though.

Ev çok geniş ve ferahtı. Her şey temizdi. Çok sayıda yastık vardı ki en iyi yanı buydu bence. Sınırın yanıbaşındaydık. Hem çan hem ezan sesi duyduk :D Güzel bir deneyim oldu. Coffee shoplara yürüme mesafesindeydik.

It was one of the greatest experience. The apartment was very comfortable and right in the best location. I Will give 10/10 feedback. From booking to staying and leaving everything was very smooth and easy. Ozi was a great host, he offered me flexibility in checking in and out. He also gave me one extra night to stay as my schedule was a bit changed in the same booking. Check in was easy, and both rooms were clean , comfortable and spacious. Apartment was clean and perfect for a family. I like how it is decorated. The location is beautiful and near to markete around. All major attractions are close and walkable. Downstairs is clib that is also amazing. Check out was also flexible and comfortable. Ozi himself is very quick to respond and he did all what I needed. Definitely I would recommend to everyone else and would come again. One of my best experiences.
