The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

This place is everything it promises, and the host is kind and reachable! My first experience with a shared space, and everything was clearly laid out so as to avoid misunderstandings in the common space! I had hoped when booking it would be a more walkable neighborhood, but you would have to walk by the interstates to get to restaurants. Otherwise it was great!

Only stayed in Omaha for the night but Jon was very nice and his place was clean. He accommodated me extremely well for a small over booking issue with the app. He’s a nice guy and this is the first place I’ll look for if ever in Omaha again!
