Many restaurants are just steps away as well as the Niagara river where the famous Niagara Falls is located. As close as we are to it all you will still feel tucked away in your own little piece of heaven surrounded by so much beauty with gardens to fill all your senses. And not to mention a backyard oasis with an inground heated pool ( open and heated from may to October).

This top floor apartment is 10 minutes walk to the top of Clifton Hill. It’s central location as parking is perfect to enjoying all that the Niagara region has to offer. This unit does have a tenant in the basement so after 10pm is quite time, but with tv in the bedroom and the livingroom/kitchen level between you and the basement this is not hard to do. Bright and spacious, this place makes visiting Niagara Falls easy.
