Great apartment set opposite a leafy park at the edge of a the lake, perfect parking space gives you freedom to roam. Coffee on the front porch was a great start to the day with the neighbours warm hello. Felt like home fir a few days. Highly recommended

Excellent spot. Exactly as described: hot tub is indeed hot (and clean and works well), beds are very comfortable, it is easy manage temperature, the shower was great, and kitchen well stocked. All just perfect. Isabelle was very kind and helpful, too. Would recommend and would return!

I have stayed in Air BnB's in many countries, and this one ranks in the top! First our host KJ.. they are very communicative, quick to respond and very accommodating. A very gracious and top notch host. Next, the accommodations ... superb! The apartment itself is just stunning! I appreciate and respect that outdoor shoes be left at the entryway! Each room is beautifully appointed with antiques or gentle touches that let's the traveler know they were thought of. All of the furniture is extremely comfortable, including the beds, sofas and arm chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare morning coffee or evening snacks. Nice amenities in the bathroom include feminine products, hygiene products and haircare items. Finally, the location cannot be beat! You are mere steps away from the excitement of the rides and games of the midway, a 5 minute walk to the Falls, or a pleasant ride along the Parkway to Niagara-On-The-Lake. I rate KJ's place a 10 out 10! Truly nothing bad to say! A+

Karley was very easy to communicate, she kindly accommodated my requests and was clear on the description of her place. It was very clean and cozy, just like the photos. The complimentary cold beer was awesome!👌 Great recommendations for the business in the area.

The property is just the way it was described. Great place, Great location

We stayed at Mary's place while on vacation with our two kids. It was a 20 minute drive back from Niagara Falls and very easy to find. It was about 40 minutes away from Six Flags. We enjoyed having a somewhat central location to both of our destinations and enjoyed how private it was compared to a hotel. The place was very clean and nice inside.

We had a lovely stay for our first time in Canada as well as Niagara Falls. The location was quiet and if you’re willing and able to walk, close enough to many main attractions around the falls with ample parking space. Like others have said, the bathroom is on the smaller side so if you’re taller or bigger than average it might be a tight squeeze, but the rest of the place is plenty spacious enough and has most anything you would need. This was a great find at a very reasonable price. If you like to be at a distance from all the touristy things, but close enough for convenience, this is the place!

Stefan was really kind. Great host and Great Room. Really close to the big spot, but super calm and quiet at night for a Great night of sleep. All that for half the Price of an hotel Room.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was in a great location, just a short walk to all the Niagara Falls attractions, so there was no need to drive anywhere. It was located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood so was quite relaxing. I especially enjoyed reading in the sun room in the morning. It was very spacious, had a full kitchen, and all the amenities needed to cook a full meal. Pascale was extremely responsive and helpful, answering all questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Tough to understand the street door entrance, a quick update to the instructions is needed. I reached out to Barbara with my issue, she responded in a reasonable time given the time of evening and it being a holiday weekend. The space was immaculate - matched the images, was impeccably clean and well cared for, well furnished with consideration for the small stuff. Even though the location is in an area with late night bars and restaurants, there was no issue with any street or otherwise ambient noise. There was a nice list of info outlining the local happenings. The FIGMOR was great for breakfast, which is at street level right next door. The location is close enough to downtown Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Lewiston and Lockport to make it a nice median point. The general neighborhood area was clean, the people were friendly and without riff-raff. It felt safe at night to walk around and keep my car parked in the lot outside. This will be the place we stay when coming to WNY, hands down.

Truly such an gem! If ever in need of a place in Buffalo, I highly recommend! Its adorable, clean and very private and cozy. Perfect and Unique!

This is the second time we have booked with Erica. Our place was so nice, peaceful, clean, relaxing,and welcoming. Everything far exceeded my expectations. It met all of the high standards I have. The location is close to many of the things that Niagara-on-the-lake has to offer. The restaurant recommendations were all excellent. My daughter was rowing at the CSSRA Nationals and also very close to the event. I will always book here when I come to the area. You will definitely not be disappointed. You can walk across the street and enjoy the food, wine and pizza at Ravine Vineyards, or go a few blocks south to The Grist. There is a great grocery and wine store 5 minutes away. Niagara-on-the-lake waterfront and many super wineries are only a 10-15 minute drive away. Stay here, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Great place to stay for a couples mini getaway. Loved how comfortable, cozy & clean the place was. Host was super friendly and helpful! Will be booking again in the future!

Dmitry’s house was great. It was in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the Niagara Falls. Dmitry was also very helpful on providing parking directions.

We had an incredible stay at Denise's place! It was wonderful to find Roku TV already there so we didnt miss our favorite series. The beds were also very comfortable and cozy which helped us in getting rest after eventful days at the falls. My mother and sister both appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and we all liked the snack selections. Thank you very much for a nice comfortable stay at a very nice and clean property!

Leah was a wonderful host! She was responsive and the apartment space was even better than the pictures in my opinion. The only recommendation I’d have is the king bedroom bed frame had numerous stubbed toe injuries associated with it between me and my boyfriend, so just a caution for future guests. Other than that, anytime I’m in the area in the future I’d definitely love to stay here again! The hot tube experience was still a plus regardless of the overcast weather. Thank you again for having us!!

Arthur's place was so conveniently located and cozy at the same time. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and the backyard felt very private & peaceful. With the fenced backyard, we could chill outside with our two dogs. Yet, the place was very close to the main touristy area - only 5 min drive to the Niagara falls parking lot. The place had everything we needed plus more! Highly recommend Arthur's place!

Had a great stay at Sharon’s place in Toronto. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained. Sharon was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Staying at Majid’s place was a fantastic experience. The unit was clean, modern, and very well-equipped—everything was exactly as described, if not better. What really stood out was Majid’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. Best ArBnB experience yet as Majid met me in person and handed over keys and guided me to main attractions in town. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant stay!

We stayed here for over a month and truly felt at home. Everything was high quality - from the well equipped kitchen to the modern bathroom and comfortable mattresses. The unit is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet still just 15–20 minutes from downtown, which was perfect for us. The private little garden in the back was a lovely bonus, and having a separate garage made things even more convenient. Bouchra was a wonderful host - very communicative, friendly, and accommodating. When we mentioned we needed extra kitchen utensils and plates to make our long stay more comfortable, she went above and beyond to provide everything we needed. If we ever come back to Toronto, we wouldn’t even think about staying anywhere else!

Geraldine is an exceptional host and has provides so many additional comforts. The location is gorgeous and a hot tub at the end of the day can't be beat!
