Our third floor apartment is quiet and private. Front door has a code lock, it is important that you hold the DOOR HANDLE towards you as you do the CODE. Your space has a code lock. This space does not have a private entrance, you enter the front door up the stairs, the white door on your left is yours. The space is quite airy and relaxing, kick your shoes off and relax. Iris cottage is set on a quiet road in WNY just 15 mi. from Letchworth State Park and 5 mi. from Houghton College. Gas fire place greets guests on chilly days and a large deck overlooks woods and Higgins Creek. The kitchen is well stocked and fully equipped. Whether summer or winter this is the perfect place to enjoy WNY nature at its best and get away from it all. 2 bedrooms open to open plan living, kitchen and dining.
