Vacation rentals with a patio in Niagara Falls

Karley was very easy to communicate, she kindly accommodated my requests and was clear on the description of her place. It was very clean and cozy, just like the photos. The complimentary cold beer was awesome!👌 Great recommendations for the business in the area.

Jonathan and Elizabeth were very accommodating. We came down for Graze the Bench and want to leave our car there early so we could uber over and not having to worry about driving back after the event. They let us bring the car early. Such a beautiful little place and private . Thanks so much to the both of you..

We had a lovely time staying here! the location is wonderful- within walking distance to the falls and all the attractions while being in a neighborhood that simultaneously feels quiet and separate from all the hustle and bustle of the touristy part of town. The apartment is in an older house that has been remodeled in a sleek modern style. It was spacious and comfortable, especially the living room and kitchen, and had all the basics we needed. The beds were cozy and comfortable. There is also a balcony out front with chairs so you can sit out there when the weather is nice. My mom was able to partially see the nightly fireworks from there. It has keypad entry so was easy to get in and no need to worry about keys for everyone in our group. Ralph is very responsive and was a great host. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again. 😊

We had a great stay at Leeta's place! The kitchen was very clean and well equipped. The air fryer made preparing meals easy. The space itself was really clean and free of clutter. The shower is almost like a spa amentiy which felt great after a long day walking around the park system. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sean's basement apartment. The place was very organized and clean, which we really appreciated. It had all the essentials we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Plus, it's only about a 25-minute drive to Niagara Falls, which was perfect for our plans. My family of four absolutely loved staying here over the weekend of June 6-8th. We felt comfortable and safe - it was a relaxing haven so close to downtown Niagara Falls! We were a short walk away from amazing restaurants, attractions, shopping, and the Falls. Check-in was easy, and we liked not having to carry around a key. The house was spectacularly clean and ready for us when we arrived. We loved the pool and hot tub, and enjoyed lounging in the backyard. The large TV in the living room allowed us to easily play video games together and the fireplace was a nice touch. Well all slept well in the comfy and inviting beds. I love the modern farmhouse design of the home and the special touches that were chosen throughout. We hope to stay at Laura's again when we are in Niagara Falls next!

What a fun, yet private and relaxing location. We loved our time in the beautiful, backyard! The hot tub works perfectly and stays hot even while using. Great location for anyone to enjoy, as there’s something for everyone within a few minutes. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is great and the house set up is epic! Great job guys. Hope to be back enjoying the yard soon. Awesome rental!

Andrew and Claudia were very kind and accommodating. They checked in with us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The big island in the kitchen was the perfect spot for everyone to gather.

This house was in the perfect spot for us to enjoy some family time in the Niagara region. It was so easy to come and go! The house was perfect for our large family, and it was so convenient that we could bring the dog when we had no one to take him! Sandra and Matt were so friendly, easily reachable, and very quick to make sure any need we had was met. We really appreciated their hospitality, and a bonus was how fun the house was! The kids had a blast and were sad to leave. As someone who doesn't sleep well with lights and noise, I appreciated the window units in the bedrooms which drowned out outside/traffic noises and made sleeping so much better for both adults and little ones!

This air bnb is literally what a girls trip dreams are made of! Of course anyone can stay here but it is a 10/10 experience for any group of girls! Thank you for hosting us for my bachelorette. We can’t wait to come back. The house is BEAUTIFUL. Very clean! And so much fun. Perfect for photos. Side note: we also found the bedding clean, soft, and great quality!

Sasha's Hideaway was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay and room enough for a baby, preschooler and our dog! Either guest room would accommodate a playpen. Sasha was very responsive to messages and had great recommendations listed in the home. The fireplace kept us nice and cozy on a couple of unseasonably cool nights. Thanks Sasha, Marco and Kara!

Ben’s place was great!! My husband and I had a great time in NOTL. The location was key with a 10-15 min walk to the main strip. Lots of wineries within walking or a short drive. Being near the water was perfect! Easy simple check in and affordable pricing. Would definitely stay here again when visiting next.

Location is quiet, away from the tourist area but close enough to drive to the attractions so a vehicle is recommended. Easy free parking onsite. Super clean unit has most of what you need except for a dishwasher and laundry however we used a public laundromat called Casino Coin during our week stay (avoid the closer one called Suds). The additional half bath was invaluable as was the sofa bed in the living room. Appreciated the availability of a Brita water filter, many K-pods for the Keurig, the non-teflon pans and the bottle of wine gifted. There’s a great local market called Lococo’s a few minutes walk away with the freshest meats, veggies and fruits. We felt safe in this area just down the road from the Great Wolf Lodge. Responsive owner / manager. I recommend this Airbnb.

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

Fantastic place downtown close to highways for going to the rowing course or the outlets. Everything you need, friendly and quick responses, amazing apartment. Well worth it. Will be booking again !
