Отличная квартира с двумя спальнями, двумя санузлами и большой кухней. Из окна прекрасный вид на море. Нам всё понравилось.

Останавливаемся 3 раз. Очень хорошая квартира, есть все необходимое. Отличный хозяин. Большое спасибо за проживание.

The apartment has a magnificent sea view, has a lot of spaces and the building is quite new. The host is very responsive and responsible. Technology equipments work well and new. However, the bathroom, the blanket in the bedroom and the front door has an unpleasant smell (I guess due to moisture). The floor feels a bit crusty and sandy when we first checked-in. Other than that, my staying was pleasant :)

Overall, this place is great and I would recommend staying here. There are pros and cons: Pros: -amazing location -spacious apartment -beautiful view -great value for the price -effective laundry with a lots of space to hang clothing -updated appliances -Netflix account included -hosts are super nice Cons: -it’s managed by a building manager so it’s missing simple touches like hand soap and shampoo -the dishes and living room table weren’t cleaned properly -toilet got clogged after one use (it was fixed fairly quickly) -some bugs but nothing crazy -only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided for 2 people staying 4 nights (they brought more upon request) -communication is good but confusing because there are multiple people/platforms that you have to use (Airbnb, Whats App) Given all this, I personally would stay here again.

The host is awesome! Room is clean. Great location, minute walk to the beach. Definitely booked here again.

정말 최고 최고 최고 엄지척이예요~ 알마 다른 사이트에서 예약한거보다 개인 관리 처럼 응대 해주니 너무 좋았어요~ 알마리조트 체크인 할때 조금의 이슈가 있었지만 정말 호스트의 빠른 대처와 관심이 너무 큰 힘이 되었어요!!!부대시설도 모두 이용하고 심지어 15%할인까지 해주니!!! 공항에서 픽업도 해주시고 다음장소도 데려다 주시고 무료숙박 서비스까지!!! 이거 더 말하면 입아파요… 해외여행 정말 많이 다녀봤는데 가본중 최고 호스트는 최고중의최고!!!! 감사합니다!!!잘 놀았어요!!!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️

Отличная вилла, все как на фото, было приятным дополнением уборка раз в два дня со сменой постельного и смена полотенец каждый день! Территория красивая, везде цветут цветы! Море шикарное, пляж огромный и общий бассейн! Кухня в ресторанах отличная, коктейли алкогольные не очень! Из минусов было, что выгоняют из моря в 18 вечера и не разрешают купаться и общие бассейны тоже работают до 18, но есть отличный бассейн на вилле, поэтому для нас это было отличным решением! Супермаркеты большие находятся в 30 минутах, маленькие в 17 минутах на такси, заказать такси не проблема, цены отличные! Если вы заказываете питание в комплексе - там выбор огромный шведского стола и все очень вкусно! Из минусов - как и везде в Азии много тараканов, у нас тоже были на вилле, ребята их потратили и мы находили их изредка уже в мертвом состоянии, за что отдельное спасибо хозяйке виллы! Я искренне вам рекомендую вам эту виллу и комплекс, мы отлично отдохнули и насладились морем, приезжайте!

All was great! Very responsive host, beautiful home and views of the shoreline!

I had a very nice stay here. The bed was comfortable and there was no need to use the AC, the ceiling fan was good enough. The property was beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

We had wonderful stay, enjoyed everything But you should know, that there is only one shop near the apartments and the northern beach is 7-10 minutes walk away, which is quite far Apart from that, the flat was good

Great place, but swimming pool area is very windy and located in the shadow area, making it too cold to swim in during winter. As for the rest the experience was excellent

여기 진짜 괜찮음

아이들과 가족여행으로 8박동안 지냈습니다. 처음 배정받은 방을 좀더 넓은 곳으로 바꿔달라는 요청도 흔쾌히 들어주었구요. 롯데마트 같은 건물이라 정말 편하고 좋았어요. 그랩잡기 쉽고 배달k로 맛집 금방 배달오고. 담시장도 가깝고~ 개미가 좀 있는데 베트남이면 어쩔수 없는것 같구요. 아참 온수 안나온다는 후기 있던데 여긴 시스템이 좀 달라서 조명스위치와 함께 있으니 사용법 아침에 수건 가져다 달라고 하면서 물어보시면 콸콸 잘 쓸수 있습니다. 숙소관련해서 어떤 요청이든 거절 안하시고 꼭 해결해주셨구요. 새벽에 공항도착하고 출국때도 새벽이라 걱정했었는데 숙소에서 제공가능한 유료서비스 16인승 벤 왕복 가격이 그랩보다 저렴하고 숙소 바로 앞 가능해서 편했습니다. 새벽에 도착하면 1층 로비에 경비 있어요. 그분한테 숙박인원 신상 적고 키받아서 엘레베이터에 키찍고 올라가면 됩니다. 바로앞에 바닷가이긴 한데 파도와 날씨사정으로 수영하기는 좀 그렇구요. 호핑투어로 근처 섬에 수영하고 밥먹고 하는거 찾아서 다녀왔는데 애들이 참 좋아했어요. 수건은 미리미리 요청하세요. 우기에는 잘 마르지 않아 늦어질수도 있는거 같아요. 그래도 턱없이 부족하거나 하진 않았습니다. 덕분에 베트남 가족여행 좋은 기억만 가지고 돌아왔습니다. 다음 방문때에도 다시 이용할 의향 있습니다. 고마웠어요! 🙂

The Amelia Apartment is very nice and comfortable to stay. Quiet area. A lot of sunlight in the room. Kitchen has everything to cook your own food. Comfortable bed. The photos match the real apartment. The host is always responsive and helpful. Definitely we will come back to this place. Recommended.

Queen always responded so quickly. She tried her best to help us. It was good experience to stay at Condotel but to use the hotel’s facilities, we had to pay extra and some was limited. Other than that, the place itself was good and the location is close to the city so it was very convenient.
