Waterfront vacation rentals in Nha Trang

The sea was really close, so I used it like a pool. I did snorkeling a lot, but there were some cloudy days, but the fish were also visible and fun. In addition to the 24-hour grocery store, there were many grocery stores, so it was convenient and nice. It's a gamblegama.

Good place for long stay with family. Apartment was exactly like on photos.

The apartment has a magnificent sea view, has a lot of spaces and the building is quite new. The host is very responsive and responsible. Technology equipments work well and new. However, the bathroom, the blanket in the bedroom and the front door has an unpleasant smell (I guess due to moisture). The floor feels a bit crusty and sandy when we first checked-in. Other than that, my staying was pleasant :)

The place is clean,tidy with the description. Fully-equipped to use like home. Friendly host and enthusiastic guidance. A place to experience on your next trip.

Overall, this place is great and I would recommend staying here. There are pros and cons: Pros: -amazing location -spacious apartment -beautiful view -great value for the price -effective laundry with a lots of space to hang clothing -updated appliances -Netflix account included -hosts are super nice Cons: -it’s managed by a building manager so it’s missing simple touches like hand soap and shampoo -the dishes and living room table weren’t cleaned properly -toilet got clogged after one use (it was fixed fairly quickly) -some bugs but nothing crazy -only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided for 2 people staying 4 nights (they brought more upon request) -communication is good but confusing because there are multiple people/platforms that you have to use (Airbnb, Whats App) Given all this, I personally would stay here again.

Host is a very kind person. He helped me sorted out all visa problem. The resort is excellent, have all facilities that are suitable for kids. We stayed there for 7 nights and we enjoyed a lot. Thanks so much Mr nam!

I had a very nice stay here. The bed was comfortable and there was no need to use the AC, the ceiling fan was good enough. The property was beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

Great place, but swimming pool area is very windy and located in the shadow area, making it too cold to swim in during winter. As for the rest the experience was excellent

I spent 8 nights on a family trip with my kids. I also gladly listened to the request to change the first room I was assigned to a wider place. It was really comfortable and nice because it was a building like Lotte Mart. It's easy to grab, and the restaurants are delivered by delivery k in no time. Dam Market is also close ~ There are some ants, but it seems inevitable in Vietnam. Oh, there was a review that the hot water didn't come out, but the system here is a little different, so it's with a light switch, so if you ask me to bring towels in the morning, you can use it well. You didn't decline any request related to the accommodation, and you must solve it. I was worried that it was dawn when I arrived at the airport at dawn, but it was convenient that the price of the 16-person round trip to and from the paid service available at the accommodation was cheaper than Grab, and it was possible right in front of the accommodation. If you arrive at dawn, there is a security guard in the lobby on the first floor. You can take the key with the new number of guests and take a key in the elevator and go up. It's right in front of the beach, but it's a little like swimming due to the waves and the weather. I went on a hopping tour to find something to swim and eat on a nearby island, and the kids loved it. Ask for towels in advance. In the rainy season, It doesn't dry well, so I think it might be late. Still, it wasn't lacking or anything. Thanks to you, I came back with only good memories of my family trip to Vietnam. I'm willing to use it again on my next visit. Thank you! 🙂

The Amelia Apartment is very nice and comfortable to stay. Quiet area. A lot of sunlight in the room. Kitchen has everything to cook your own food. Comfortable bed. The photos match the real apartment. The host is always responsive and helpful. Definitely we will come back to this place. Recommended.

Queen always responded so quickly. She tried her best to help us. It was good experience to stay at Condotel but to use the hotel’s facilities, we had to pay extra and some was limited. Other than that, the place itself was good and the location is close to the city so it was very convenient.
