We had a great stay in the house. Our group was 4 adults, 2 children and a dog and it was the perfect size for us all. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was very peaceful and so quiet at night we all got great sleep. We visited Bude, Clovelly and Widemouth over our 4 day stay and it was perfectly located for them. Roger provided all the information we needed beforehand with guides to everything we could possibly need. He also responded to messages straightaway. The hot tub was a nice bonus and easy to use. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed sitting in the garden. I can't think of anything that would have improved our stay, I would definitely love to return.

Lovely 4 night stay over Easter. The house is exactly as the photos show, beautifully decorated and clean. Hot tub was fab and a great place to watch the sunset from. Use of the property’s fields immediately behind and In front of the cottage, was an added bonus and a lovely area for the dog to roam safely and the children had a fabulous time rolling down the grassy slope. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break from the world, with the darkest most starry skies, I have ever seen! Fab time. Thanks

Absolutely loved our peaceful stay. Tracey and Mark were very attentive and friendly, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One of our highlights was the Italian themed delicious dinner cooked for us! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a mini spa break to switch off.

This is such a beautiful place to stay, waking up to bird singing and siting in the garden watching the sunrise was amazing. The house is very homely, and comfortable. The hoist left clear and easy instructions to make life easier. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Shaun’s cottage in Saint Newlyn East. The space was exactly as described — clean, cosy, and thoughtfully set up, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay as a small family. It was perfect for me, my wife, and our 5-month-old son. The location is peaceful and ideally situated for exploring the coast and nearby towns, yet still close enough to amenities when needed. Shaun was a responsive and helpful host, offering clear instructions and making us feel welcome from the start. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, charming base in Cornwall!

A brilliant stay in sues lodge. It’s so close to the beach! It was such an added extra to have a hot tub and the lodge was beautifully clean.

Had a fabulous stay at Olivia’s Orchard cottage. Lots to do with farm animals around, Games room, outdoor games and lots of walks to relax and unwind at the property. Property was in proximity to Plymouth and Looe and found it very convenient to explore by car from here.

A beautifully kept cottage with plenty to do within walking distance, friendly locals, and an unlimited amount of nature to explore. Ceri and Daniel are great hosts, and clearly care about their guests! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, would highly recommend.

A lovely quiet place to stay. Lilac cottage is charming and clean, with very comfortable beds. The private garden to the cottage is a nice feature. The shared swimming pool was beautifully warm. The location of Court Farm suited us very well - a rural feel but a relatively short drive to Bude town centre and its beaches, or to Widemouth Bay coastline. We didn't go in but the pub opposite Court Farm was lively on the Friday night of our arrival (live music). It was, however, very quiet throughout the rest of our 5 night stay. Excellent communication all the way through from Court Farm Holidays!

David and Becca were very responsive with their messages providing helpful check in and check out messages. The cottage was cosy and the games room and tennis court a bonus!

By far the nicest place we have stayed at. such a beautiful cottage with every necessity available. Spacious, clean, very dog friendly :-) We loved every minute of our stay and would 100% return again.

We had a wonderful stay at Bramble Cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how immaculate and well-kept the cottage was, making it feel instantly welcoming. The setting was incredibly peaceful, tucked away in a tranquil countryside location that provided the perfect opportunity to unwind and escape every day life. A heartfelt thank you to Sarah, who made our experience even more memorable by inviting our son to help with the animals, it was definitely one of his highlights of the trip. If you're looking for a clean and peaceful getaway with the added joy of farm life, Bramble Cottage is the place to be. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay. Sarah was very flexible with checking in and out which enabled us to make the most of our 2 night stay. The cottage is cosy and very private. we enjoyed the food at the Napoleon on our hosts recommendation and found the locals very friendly. Principally we were there to walk the coastal path, which is stunning and dramatic. The local bus service was good and reliable so we could walk one way and catch the bus back. Tintagel is an easy walk from Paradise Farm and Crackington Haven is an achievement 😎

Had an absolutely perfect stay at Helen and Tim's peaceful cottage in Polperro. It was cosy, comfortable and just what we needed for a relaxing few days away. The hot tub was a particular highlight! Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at the Honeysuckle cottage.Helen and Jonathan went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It was a lovely cottage with all the amenities you could ask for . Walking in to find homemade scones and jam, fresh eggs and freshly baked bread was a treat!! The cottage is in a great location and we found it quiet and peaceful.The hot tub was private and clean. Having a private garden made it easy to manage our dog as well. We have stayed in multiple air bnbs before, this one was special and we will definitely come back! Really lovely place with stunning scenery. Very well appointed with all amenities. Loved seeing Deer outside our bedroom window. Great to have dogs so well catered for. Highly recommend - we really enjoyed our stay.

It is a comfortable and clean home and very spacious. I felt welcomed and loved. Paula surprised us with some snacks and breakfast food. I really recommend it.

Very shortly after arriving I received a very warm welcome from Ian and Clare. I could park directly next to the cottage, which had a lovely secure & compact garden, so I knew the dogs were safe & sound. The well-maintained and good-sized paddock is brilliant for the dogs to have a quick runaround & chase the toys that can be borrowed from inside the well-equipped laundry room. Wren Cottage was pristine, with everything needed for a warm & comfortable stay. There are two very comfortable armchairs. There was always hot water and plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The dog biscuits & human treats were an unexpected and very welcome touch. The maps and local information package was very useful. The cottage is only a 10-15-min walk from the beautiful St Nectan's Glen, and a little further down the road, you can pick up the coast path & walk through Rocky Valley and into Tintagel. There is a shorter route to Tintagel if preferred. Boscastle & other places v accessible by car & bus.

We can’t fault our stay at Jasmine Cottage - it was everything we could have hoped for & more! It was the perfect stay for our little family & we have already said we can’t wait to come again. The location was ideal, close by to many South Devon tourist spots, & it was great to get away from the hustle & bustle on a night in this cosy cottage. We honestly loved every second of it so thank you Tina for a fabulous holiday!
