The Mowhay (work from home with WiFi)

DeanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We spent 3 nights staying at the Mowhay. It was the perfect mix of peaceful hideaway whilst being well connected to major roads and local amenities. The accommodation was well laid out with a very well equipped kitchen. Claire was great at communicating from booking to check out and we met Geoff a couple of times during our stay who was super friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!

Unique, light and beautifully cosy cottage

JudithRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was our third stay at Nancy's House. Here are some of the things that drew us back: snug but spacious house that feels loved and lived in, peacefully tucked into a farm where interesting things always seem to be happening, and just a few steps from exhilarating open spaces; lovely hosts. Oh, and the hot-tub is very nice!

The Hobbit Hole Dogs Welcome! Fast WiFi. Hot Tub

RebeccaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A really homely cottage. Perfect for a few days getaway. Unfortunately it rained on our break so ended up stuck inside. It would have been nice to have sat outside more! Overall it has what it says on the tin. Don't go here if you are expecting all mod cons and a pristine home. It's just somewhere cosy to get away from it all, with friendly owners and lots of privacy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay in Perranporth! Loved our stay here — spotless, stylish, and super comfy. The location was perfect: peaceful, yet close to the beach and town. The hot tub was a real highlight, especially after long coastal walks. Great hosts — we’ll definitely be back!

Cosy Cornish Cottage with Secret Garden & Hot Tub

LauraRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Tracy was very responsive and helpful. You immediately felt like she really cares that her guests have every comfort and feel welcome. The clotted cream and scones on arrival were a lovely touch that we really appreciated. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything you can possibly need. The area was perfect for us and easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit us St Ives, Falmouth to name just two. Our only regret was that it was only a 3 night stay this time but we will be sure to return for longer next time.

St Agnes coastal cottage, hot tub by beach & pubs

CharlotteRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place was such a great find! We’ve just got back from the most perfect week away. We originally only booked for 4 nights but we extended our stay as we were having such a wonderful time. The place is just lovely with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We loved our welcoming gifts too. Kate and Simon are brilliant hosts and were extremely easy to contact. St Agnes is a beautiful location with some superb coastal walks. There’s also plenty of places to go out for food and drink. The beach is stunning also. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is considering it (just book it!). Thanks again for a brilliant stay Kate and Simon!

Mellinzeath cornish thatched cottage.

LesleyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed at Mellinzeath 28 years ago for a week of our honeymoon, and decided to revisit for our anniversary. What a transformation! The property has been restored beautifully and sympathetically, and now feels loved again. Everything - the materials used for the fabric of the building, fixtures, fittings and equipment - is of excellent quality, and there are many little touches which make it extra welcoming. Even Obi, our dog, had his own welcome pack and a warm shower outside. This is a very special property in a tranquil, secluded setting, with nothing but the birds for company. Wish it had been like this for our honeymoon.....

Arty miners cottage, wild tin coast of Botallack

JuliaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Lovely stay, the house is quirky and interesting, with lovely light in the kitchen and a cosy wood burner. We were able to walk the dog each day from the house with out getting in the car, and were just minutes from the beautiful coastline, either direction you walk in is just beautiful and the Botallack mine is nearby which is very interesting and has a cafe. Beautiful house that is clearly well loved and has a lot of history.

The cottage was both cosy and comfortable, just what was needed for our weekend break. The wood burning stove was an added bonus and made the cottage feel warm and snug on a very wet day. Both St Ives and The Minack Theatre were within easy reach. The cottage was very clean, with a good sized kitchen and sitting room. Lovely views from the back bedroom. The beds were very comfortable

Stunning Sea Views. St Ives Holiday House

Tony & JanninaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed at Blackbird Studio for five nights and really enjoyed it as our base to explore Cornwall. While the weather wasn’t the best, the house made our stay memorable. The views are really stunning and you have your own little English garden. St Ives and various dog friendly beaches can be reached within a couple of minutes. The house was even more spacious than expected and equipped with everything you need. Lorna made sure we arrived safely and was always on hand. As mentioned in the description, the driveway is very (very!) narrow, but we managed to get through for unpacking/packing and parked in the little carveout by the road on the other days, which was completely fine.

Cottage close to Coast Path and Portheras Cove

SonjaRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mary was such a gracious and wonderfully charming host that I would have loved to spend more time at her cottage. During my stay, Mary showed me the surrounding area, including a beautiful garden and her field, and Mary & her partner Charles also gave me a lift to a pub for dinner. Mary & Charles are both very knowledgable and I enjoyed learning about the history and geology of Cornwall from them!

Homely Cottage w/ Sun Terrace, Short Walk to Beach

OliverRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My wife & I along with our 3 month old baby spent a week at William's cottage. William is an attentive host, providing clear instructions and assisting with any questions we had in a punctual manner. We primarily used the cottage as a base to explore the area each day and it was a perfect place to come home to. The cottage has been renovated to a high standard with modern fittings. We noted how quiet and cozy the cottage is in the evenings. Porthleven is a small town and the cottage is a 5 minute walk from the harbour. Kota Kai is definitely a recommended restaurant as family friendly and excellent food.

Stylish Cottage in Newlyn with Sea View

AnnickRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had an amazing stay at April cottage with our little family. The cottage was easy to find based on instructions and we were blown away when we stepped inside. It's super cosy and has an amazing design with pops of colour that we absolutely loved (we've definitely taken inspiration from it for our own home). Everything was super clean plus it has lots of extra amenities like a washing machine. There's no direct parking at the cottage but plenty of parking options close by on the street and in town so we had no problem with this. Plenty of nice restaurants around for in the evening and also a great coffee place just down the road for your fancy morning brew. We'd highly recommend staying here and if we ever come back to this part of the world we're definitely staying here again :)

My husband and I had a wonderful three days at Gord’s . The house was quiet, comfortable, well decorated and walkable. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants and stores. The house is cozy and it felt like home. The beds were super comfy and the shower water gets hot! Nothing better than a hot shower and comfy beds while traveling! The kitchen is very useable and has everything you need and more! Gord is friendly and responsive. His “to do” guide is one of the best one I have seen and it really helped us a lot. We would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we opened the door we knew it would be a great place for us. Perfectly put together. Very tastefully decorated for the period of the cottage and immaculately presented . It made us feel at home immediately. We stayed for 6 nights. Explored Mousehole and surrounds extensively by car and lots of walking. It is in a great position. Quiet, close to everything including the water. Would thoroughly recommend.

Newlyn Nookery

EllieRating, 5 stars17 months ago
We had a lovely stay at the Newlyn Nookery. It was exactly as described in the listing, lovely clean kitchen with plenty of appliances and kitchen utensils. Bedroom was clean and nicely furnished. Only downside was the parking. The Harbour Masters Office no longer offers a permit to park for a week, as listed. We walked there to get one but was told we’d have to park elsewhere for the week which was a shame as the Sandy Cove car park was too far to walk every day. We managed to park on the road by the car park however so wasn’t the end of the world. Otherwise a fantastic little cottage for 2 in the heart of Newlyn.
