Vacation rentals with beach access in Newlyn

Brilliant location for St Ives. The hill was no problem, nor was parking in the car park along the road (£10.50 per day). Our girls (8 and 11) loved their room and my wife and I felt the same about ours. Super comfy bed and lovely view. Also great to be able to wash and tumble dry our clothes. Highly recommend this brilliant apartment and will definitely be staying again.

We had a lovely time at Laura's place which is only a few minutes walk away from Swanpool Beach which we found very convenient. The holiday home has everything one could need. Laura being so responsive and kind felt very reassuring and positive. We would wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb. Something we found surprising about Falmouth was how cheap taxis are. Parking in town can be challenging, so a taxi ride into town is a great option if you don't want to walk. We would also recommend a spa evening at St. Michaels Resort (close to the Airbnb) and dinner at Culture if you are after sth unusual.

The location and the friendly and clean flat stood out. It was a last-minute trip and glad I picked up Elaine's place. Great location, view, comes with a parking place and a walk-in distance from the beach and centre of St. Ives. We would have extended our stay, if it was not booked. We will definitely be back soon :)

Myself and my friend stayed here for a few nights and it was spot on. The location is perfect with the sea view room and lounge, we enjoyed morning breakfast from the bench seating next to the big open windows. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and through that we were able to drop our bags earlier than check in. Overall the whole stay was wonderful and it was in the perfect location

The apartment was just right for the three of us, clean and well-provided with all the facilities we needed and in a great location to explore St Ives. Being able to drive right up to the door to unload our car was a real bonus, and the information provided made essentials like parking and shopping very easy. Thanks!

Fantastic studio very spacious and well decorated. Location was fab with full sea views no need to use a car ! The studio was well equipped for chilled evenings in with a view, bathroom was pristine slipper bath amazing ! Paul was a great host very responsive. Definitely be back !

We loved the house. It is well located for Porthmeor beach with its great surfing and swimming; close to restaurants; and also to a variety of lovely coastal walks. The house itself was spotless with every item you might need. It has a lovely lounge area upstairs with wonderful ocean views. When it got too warm we opened the roof up as well as the various doors and got a lovely breeze throughout. Anna was very responsive when it took us a while to find the precise address but after that everything was self-evident. We had a wonderful few days and the house was a big part of that. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, walkable & close to plenty of restaurants. The space is comfortable with all the amenities. The kitchen is spacious. Though we didn’t cook, it has everything you would need! The master bedroom with ensuite is on the second floor with beautiful views and the modern bathroom with rain shower feels luxurious. Carpark is an added bonus ! We would love to revisit.

Sarah was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, with beautiful view from the lounge and had everything we needed for our 3 nights. The location is well placed for dropping onto the south west coast path and has off road parking! Access to Carbis Bay Beach is a 10 minute walk however slightly longer on the way back as it's uphill but that didn't bother us. Would definitely stay again if it's available next time we come to the area.

We loved it.We stayed for 3 nights and we wish that we had booked for extra days😔 So much to do but very little time.Everything was just easily accessible from restaurants to village shops to the kids park,the coastal path and the beach. If you're into surfing and hiking like I do, then I highly recommend this place. After a long day of hiking and body boarding/swimming we just love to get comfy on the cosy couch and put something on the 70in screen for the family. The views from this place is worth waking up to every morning. Jennifers instructions were clear and precise.Didnt need to call her for anything. Definitely will book again and for a longer stay next time around.

Danielle and Marc are great communicators and were available via phone/text should i needed them. The annex is lovely and cosy with all you need for a short break, i look forward to being back down again either end of the year or early next year and hope they have availability.. will recommend them to family and friends

Fantastic family house with lovely hot tub, terraced areas and just a short walk from beach and pubs. Great location for wider exploring. 5 of us staying and plenty of space with 3 bathrooms. Host was super helpful and friendly, particularly grateful for the cleanliness of house upon arrival and superb welcome pack!

The accommodation is in an absolutely fantastic location with great views of the beach and surroundings. The place is well presented and clean. You have to climb up quite a few steps from the roadway, but the views reward the effort. The only downside is the absence of parking at the property and the challenge to find nearby roadside parking. After intitially parking in the somewhat expensive beachside car park, we were advised by the host of nearby allocated parking not mentioned on the listing which aleviated our concerns abut parking for the duration of our stay.

In Falmouth for work, and this was the perfect location. The apartment was clean and tidy and you also have your own parking space!

Mitch’s place was a great place for us to center ourselves in Cornwall. Great location! Loved being able to use the washer. Mitch was helpful as well!

We stayed here for a few days in April 2025 and had a great experience. The location is perfect—quiet, yet close to everything. It's just a short walk to the beaches, town centre, and harbour, with a shop and pub conveniently around the corner. The railway station is about 10 minutes away on foot, and Carbis Bay is a stunning 40 minute walk. The accommodation itself was spacious, with comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, and a lovely lounge area to relax in. Michael, the host, was very helpful and always quick to respond—communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean and is very well equipped - Beth has literally thought of everything you will need and more. The view and outside seating area is perfect. It is the best Airbnb we have stayed in and will definitely stay again.

Stayed for 4 days for my wife's 40th birthday, the apartment was easy to find with parking permit available, front door is however on a main road but we were aware of this due to knowing the area. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay, our bed and the our sons beds were very comfy. Big telly with netflix and NowTV and warming log burner. Location was close to transport links (bus and trains), 10 minutes walk to Gilbert's beach bar and salt bar, local pub across the road and numerous takeaways (including a Chinese and domino's) within walking distance. Asda supermarket and Lidl 5 minute drive away

Good transport to St. Ives and Carbis bay. Nice local restaurants and Hayle beach nearby has a nice bar/restaurant. Place was clean and tidy with a useful guide.

Harry is the best possible kind of host. He’s friendly, very responsive and extremely communicative. His apartment is beautiful and very easy to use. The ONLY drawback that I have is nothing to do with Harry - the neighbourhood itself is a very private and quiet village and we were given a list in the lift requesting that we be very quiet. Aside from that - Harry is amazing and you will not find a better host. Thank you Harry!
