Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. This wee gem is a newly and tastefully decorated semi detached house with enclosed garden, patio area, 3 bedrooms (two double and one single), a through lounge including dining area and a fitted kitchen. It is mega close to town centre, Royal County Down golf course and the beach (10 minutes on foot). It has parking, wi-fi, tv, DVD player, family board games, stereo, sound dock, coffee maker, new electric shower, open fire for cosy nights and bbq for summer. Absolutely everything you will need.

A home away from home, in the grounds of our family holiday home, the house is just 300m away from the entrance of Tollymore Forest Park. Unwind in the hot tub soaking in the dramatic view of the Mourne Mountains. Inside, relax in front of a cosy wood burning stove. Lively Newcastle town, with its many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants is less than 5 minutes drive away. Other attractions close by are Murlough Beach, Castlewellan forest Park & many walking, hiking & cycling trails.
