Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Whether you're looking for a home base for a biking or hiking adventure, or a peaceful getaway, The Kingdom A-Frame is truly a heaven we want to share with you. We have meticulously decorated each room to make the space unique and comfortable. Built in 1968, our a-Frame is located minutes away from the Kingdom Trails, Burke Mountain, Lake Willoughby, and across the street from the VAST trail. With picturesque views from our street, and all the amenities, you may never want to leave the aframe.

Soak up lake life as you bask in coffee and magic sunrises right outside your window. Right on the VAST trails, location is perfect for two to three snowmobiler’s or two couple’s by request. The lake only 40 feet away, nesting loons and moose, great fishing. Canoes and kayaks at the ready. This classic pine "camp" style apartment will be your ultimate hideaway in Vermont. Relax in the beautiful Northeast Kingdom on a small peaceful farmette & native plant sanctuary. We endeavor to make the space a cozy haven for you as well. Those efforts include reducing our environmental impact. We strive to be as plastic-free & organic as possible. We also compost & recycle and request that you do the same. We clean with Blueland products to create a healthy & welcoming space for all. Though the road crew takes good care, please note that the road is unpaved. Thank you!

Peaceful Place to Enjoy Your Stay in the NEK

Minutes away from Burke and just a hop off of I-91, this is your start and end to a great day in the NEK. There is a large bedroom and bathroom downstairs with three smaller bedrooms and a small half bath upstairs. There is ample parking and a fenced in yard if you want to bring your dog. There is a stream and hiking trail out back with an active sugar house with tours available upon request. Plenty of wood and a fire pit outside. Starlink internet to upload your adventures at blazing speed!

The cabin is located in a photographer paradise- where you can enjoy the wildlife in its natural setting. Being close to many local activities and attractions, the VAST snowmobile trails (200 yds to Old County Trail near trail 114 (Westmore), Island Pond, Willoughby Lake, Kingdom Trails/Burke Mountain, Silvio Conte Wildlife Management Area-are located a short drive from the property. After a full day of activities in Northern VT/NH you can enjoy an outdoor hot tub and warm up in the sauna.

Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.
