Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

You can lock your area for your privacy. There is 2 extra twin bed in living area which can be use for extra guests. We can accommodate 4 including kids. Its near Union City landing plaza complex. Bus Stop for Union City BART is next to my house. Access to big front yard and backyard.
