Apartment vacation rentals in New Town

Stayed at Christina's apartment for 5 nights. The entire apartment was beautifully decorated, matched every description and more. Every corner of this apartment was very tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. Christina, herself, is an excellent host, extremely understanding and helpful. We loved the place thoroughly. Will definitely come back again. Thank you.

We had an incredible experience staying at Kalpita ‘s Airbnb homestay with our family from the moment we arrived we felt right at home . The host Kalpita was warm welcoming through phone and always ready to assist with any questions we had . The property was beautifully maintained offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm ,the rooms were clean well equipped with everything such as AC ,TV , Fridge ,WIFI kitchen fully equipped Bathroom equipped with everything ,good house decor ,soft bed lovely balcony to enjoy coffee sitting in the balcony with greenery all around to make your stay relaxing . The location was ideal allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions , The late night entry was never a problem as caretaker was caring and cooperative . Special thanks to Kalpita madam for making our stay comfortable and a memorable one .

Vishal's home is an amazing place to stay. Located in the center of the city and very well connected. The flat itself has all the amenities that one could need. Vishal was very kind and responsive. A shout-out to Ratan as well, who is the caretaker of the flat and was very helpful. Whenever I'm in Kolkata next, this is my go to place 😄

We were very much satisfied with the stay. Debesh's instructions are clear and his staff is on time. The place is superb. All the amenities are accesable. There are nearby shops if you want to cook for yoourself and resturants are available too.

We had a great stay here. The place was homely and in a safe, family-friendly area. The owner, Sourav da and the caretaker, Deep da were extremely polite, helpful, and accommodating. Security was excellent, and we had no issues with transport or food delivery. The place was also well-equipped with basic essential utensils for cooking. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

Very homely atmosphere, well maintained rooms and quite clear instructions. Booking a whole flat is advisable when you choose to visit in a larger group. The host Aparna has been very helpful and the manager Shahid was also extremely cordial and responsive.Enjoyed my stay with family.

Shout out to Aparna for being a great host- gracious, responsive and helpful. Everything is as described. Kitchen is provided with enough utensils and gadgets to facilitate cooking for a small group. Whole place has been done up in a pleasant manner. Special mention of the swing in the balcony. The support staff were quite helpful and unobtrusive, provided amenities when requested. It is located in a peacful neighbourhood, Axis mall is a short walk away. Most other places including Salt Lake are just 15 minutes away.

Didn't have any great expectations at first but when entered and arrived at the place it absolutely lovely and homely feeling will book whenever visiting kolkata from now on.

It was an absolutely wonderful home. I will recommend all my friends travelling to go there. Very child friendly as my child had lots of place to run along and play and we were assured because the balconies and place was properly locked and child safe. kitchen is just amazing and completely loaded. if I could I will rate the place 11/10 . out of all the Airbnbs i have stayed this stands on top.

Tathagat’s place stands out as an oasis in an otherwise chaotic city, with the seemingly old yet well kept neighbourhood and its alleys feeling like the Latin quarters of Kolkata where you can stroll leisurely and find great things to do at a stone’s throw away distance… the house is spacious and well kept, airy and well ventilated and antique items collections give a feel of yore… Tathagat is very responsive and quite helpful, in fact accepting our request for somewhat early check in even when house cleaning was underway… all the happening places are quite nearby (we went to 6, Ballygunge place daily….) due to central location and good access from all sides… would definitely come back when in Kolkata for a great stay with a very responsive and proactive host who believes in the philosophy of Atithi Devo Bhava -:)

A very plush place in a posh neighborhood having all conceivably amenities. Better than staying at a star hotel. Had a lovely stay

Really nice place to stay in peaceful residential colony. Shops are nearby and caretaker is available all time for any doubt.

Great place to spend a night

Rajendra is a very nice, friendly young guy. He and his family, particularly the little princes, are really adorable. We came here for a vacation and were highly satisfied with their facilities. We came as a stranger but left as a family, will come every time we return to Kolkata.

Anindita's place is where I stay when I visit Kolkata from abroad and many reasons abound for staying here for last 7 years or so. Very responsive host, great caretaker, cozy place hidden from the noises of the main street, walkable to many and good food places. This trip was a bit longer due to wedding season, and we needed the ample space to get the girls ready. Visited here nearly a year ago and small changes were made which always adds to the ambiance of the place. Highly recommended

Most aesthetic and great for couples stay. Open bathtub and shower area really stands out.

First and foremost, the location of the Lake View Royal Stay is breathtaking. The property is situated right by a picturesque lake, offering stunning views that are simply unparalleled. Waking up to the sight of the serene lake and the beautiful surroundings was truly a treat for the senses. Sreya's hospitality was second to none. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay.
