Monthly Rentals in New Sweden

Enjoyed my four nights and felt right at home. The home was clean and also smelled lovely. The room was cozy and was convenient to have a tv and fridge in my room. The house and neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and I had no issues sharing the home. Would book again.

Would totally stay here again. Went for SXSW, 30-minute drive to downtown, which was fine, nice room and several restaurantes less than 5 minutes away.

Best deal in the Austin area! I needed a temporary room while my apartment was being sorted out. Lots of space, great host and co-guests, and overall good vibes.

Stacy was the best host! She's friendly and accommodating to your needs. She really is the first SuperHost I've met. I stayed with her for 5 weeks while I was house shopping. Her flexible check out schedule helped me buy my house sooner. There aren't enough good things to say about her. I highly recommend booking her place. Clean, private (you may have to share a bathroom if she's fully booked), all the amenities and just the nicest lady. 10 out of 10!!!
