Vacation rentals with a fire pit in New River

10/10 would recommend! Not only is the home perfect for any family looking for fun activities and a great location, but Jerry was also an outstanding host. He made everything easy with a smooth check-in process and went above and beyond to set us up for a successful stay.

Colby’s place is the perfect home for those who are trying to escape the cold of the northeast winter. It is a perfect location. A short walk takes you to Fountain Park and the many restaurants and events such as the weekly farmers market and the yearly art festival. A short drive takes you to numerous trails and relaxing hikes. If you prefer to stay at home, you’ll find a relaxing and peaceful backyard. Inside the beds are comfortable, the home is spotless and the kitchen is well supplied. I am hoping to return next year for a longer visit.

This home was absolutely perfect for our trip!! Lots of space, clean, fantastic location. Paul was super quick to respond to any questions we had. Would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house is even better than the photos and so well stocked with makeup wipes, lotion, hair tools, etc. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. They answered my millions of questions quickly and allowed my friend to check in early. The house is only a quick drive (or Lyft) to old town which was super convenient. The only minor issue we had was troubleshooting the Alexa on the outdoor patio (she had a mind of her own) but that doesn’t take away from the perfect stay we had. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly book again if ever I’m in the area.

The house was clean and in really good shape. It is close to a lot of stores, restaurants and the expressways. Laura was very quick to respond when we had questions or issues.

This was an amazing location for my girls trip! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is very spacious, beautiful and clean. Great location with lots of food and stores surrounding it. Only 10 minutes away from PHX as well. I would definitely stay here again! All of the rooms were nice and they even provided snacks for us. Definitely recommend 🙂

a beautiful oasis away from the bustle

Great place to stay. Felt safe and secure in gated lot. Beds were comfy Kitchen was nice with a bar seating. Easy access to freeway and central in Phoenix area.

Joseph was very communicative throughout the entire process with questions, and helped us very quickly. This place was perfect for a small group, and it is very centrally located near many things to do, and places to eat. The pool was an amazing plus, and the check in/ check out was a breeze.

Comfortable beds , love the rocking chairs on the balcony. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean residence.

beautiful stay with a private patio in the back, had everything you could possibly need if you wanted to cook a meal, the entire place looks like it was just renovated, awesome shower and not to mention the host was great and provided recommendations that are down the street that was great ! would highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay while in town for spring training. The location is great and very easy to get around. So many great restaurants are nearby. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for the stay. Desenia was professional and left us with great instructions. I would highly recommend staying at Desenia’s if you are in the Phoenix area!

All I have to say is WOW! I mean from the smell to the ambiance to the views, the vibe , the music just everything was so epic. The bedding was the most comfortable I’ve ever had the pleasure of laying on. If I could have moved in forever I would have. What an amazing job! Thank u! I’m inspired!

I felt right at home immediately. And honestly I haven’t had good sleep like that in forever. That bed was so comfy. I will definitely be staying here again when I’m in town. Thank you for everything!!!! 🥹

This condo is perfect for 2 people. It looked just like the listing. Small unit, but didn't feel small. Pool area was very nice. Not a lot nearby in the neighborhood, but very drivable to anywhere in the metro area. Covered parking is included, which is fantastic! Gina was very friendly and responsive.

Very nice cozy cabin enjoyed our stay immensely. Outside area was perfect for entertaining guest. Or to enjoy the quiet , the elk visiting every day not to mention 3 deer daily. Nice place to relax inside and outside on patio or back yard. Thanks Matt and Sandy!👌

This was one of my absolute favorite Airbnb stays! Beautiful home, cozy vibe yet large, amazing deck spaces, well kept and clean, great amenities and details. Location and views were stunning…truly hard to beat. The wildlife in the neighborhood added a nice touch during our stay. You will not regret booking this place! Nathan was easy and great to work with. Really hope to be back someday!

We enjoyed everything about this place. We looked outside at one point and were watching deer in the yard. We are looking forward to going again!

This little cabin was so cute! Sarah was very quick in responding to a same day stay request. When we got to the cabin, the heaters and faux fire place were already on and it felt amazing to get out of the cold. It snowed that night so the next morning the whole area looked like a winter wonderland!

Perfect place for our anniversary getaway. Enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of hiking in Sedona. Relaxed evenings, sipping on a glass of wine, star gazing while cuddling up next to the fire place. We were able to cook dinners, grilled outside at times. Place was perfect!

We loved our long weekend at Julee’s place! It was a perfect little getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. The location was close to some lovely hikes and the cute “downtown” area. The home was a great for me, my boyfriend, and our pups! Not only was the place clean and very cute, but there was everything we needed - thoughtful coffee station, fenced in back patio, outdoor fire pit, grill, and ping pong table. We also got lucky enough to see the elk visiting. Julee was a lovely host! Her communication was extremely quick, while always being accommodating and very kind. I highly recommend for a nice getaway
