House vacation rentals in New Providence

Brought our family of 4 here for spring break adventure and wow! This house had everything and more. Gorgeous views from every window, comfy beds, awesome sound system, fully stocked kitchen and they even provided some snacks and beverages in the fridge. Great location to explore the area and keep you outta the cruise dock chaos. Def recommend renting a car to explore the area and I highly recommend you go to Jaws beach You won’t be disappointed, it is stunning and way less crowded than Cable beach. They have a lot of water toys and a washer/dryer too. We will miss drinking our morning coffee outside with the views.

What a wonderful stay we had at Maggie’s beautiful home. It was exactly as the pictures and ideal for our family’s needs. We felt right at home immediately. The whole place was very clean and had lots of extra items included for us to use, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing liquid etc, makes a really lovely extra touch for guests. We were looking for a place to stay near our friends and Palm Cay location was excellent for that. The placing of beach towels to use was brilliant also. We loved our stay at Maggie’s place and 100% would stay again in the future. A really lovely home in a stunning location. The beach and pool being only a minute or two’s walk away was brilliant and truly breathtaking. We’d never tire of how beautiful the Bahamas 🇧🇸 are. Thank you for providing a beautiful home from home in the sunshine.

We had a fabulous stay this past weekend. the property definetly exceeded expectation. the host was helpful and responsive. The home smelt amazing. i would definetly recommend this home to family and friends.

I can't say enough good things about this rental. From the lovely woman, Barbara, who picked us up at the airport and helped get us settled, to the amazing location. The home was plenty spacious for our family of 5. The condo was in great condition and they had plenty of towels, linens, and extras such as paddle boards and floaties for the pools. The property was amazing. There are two swimming pools, a small dock, a seating area right on the water and a small beach. We never had issues finding chairs to sit on by the water and all the other guests at the property were extremely nice. We will definitely be staying there again!

TL/DR:Awesome place. Not convenient to anything but that is exactly the point. Highly recommend Chef Everton Smith - book well in advance Pro: chill, quiet, clean, safe, relaxing, private, no nightclubs/late night bars, no yelling or screaming, beach front, good kitchen, purified water tap, good water pressure, ample hot water, good internet speed, satellite tv, host arranged transportation to and from airport Cons: all bedrooms on upper floors, no black out curtains in any bedroom, bed rooms are stuffy with A/C so must open doors to hallways, bathrooms stay damp, no bug screens - can’t keep outside doors open w/o having flies, narrow stairs with only partial rails, nearby restaurant just above average, everything in the Bahamas is pricy, limited activities, expensive clubhouse/pool pass must be purchased for a 3 day minimum and for all occupants (even those that can not utilize the pool), 45-60 min from the airport and 30 min to town by taxi.

Fantastic place - the house is clean and has all amenities. It is super secure as well. Sybrena is a terrific host and connected us locally to get a rental car as well, during one of the busiest times of the year. All in all, could not have asked for a better local guide.

We had a wonderful 9-day stay at this amazing house in Nassau. It’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with easy access and parking. We rented a car and had no trouble exploring the area. Any questions we had were quickly and kindly addressed. On our first day, we had a bit of trouble accessing the house, but it was resolved promptly. Thank you for everything!

Cannot say enough about Michelle and this location!!!! We had a scary event happen at another place we were staying at and had to leave. Michelle was very quick to respond and was very supportive ensuring a quick and early check in for us. The location and surroundings are absolutely stunning and look exactly like in the photos. My family felt safe at this location especially in a gated community with friendly neighbors. Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She and the owner were generous to add any items needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The fact that you can literally just walk out the back steps right into the ocean is a bonus!! We snorkelled around the area and saw so many neat fish and coral. At night we would just walk outside along the rocks after the tide went out to see the live shells. Truly an amazing place and host - highly recommended and we will definitely only book with Michelle the next time we come to Bahamas!!

My host was very friendly and accomodating. The place was clean, spacoius and nice. I especially liked the furniture and the Airfryer kmllll. My host was also very informative, responsive and understanding which i truly appreciated. I would recommended to anyone. I had a great stay overall even though it was short. Will definitely book in the future. :)

We had a great time in Nassau! The accommodation corresponds to the pictures and the view from the balcony is just great. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels available. There is also a fridge, microwave and kettle. Communication with the hosts went smoothly and we always received a quick response. There are beaches and restaurants in the area. Nearest supermarket is a bit away. We definitely recommend a rental car. On the negative side, the mattresses are very hard and there was only one chair on the balcony. Patio furniture would have been nice. The Wi-Fi was so-so.

The condo was perfect for a work trip! Completely exceed our expectations. Host was great!!!!!!

This place was everything you could ask for. From the spacious rooms to the privacy due to the location, it was perfect. It’s a bit farther from the downtown area but if you’re looking to explore the city and have an authentic Bahamian experience, this is the place to go. RaDon was also very responsive with any requests or questions I had throughout our stay. Will definitely be back!

Leslie’s place is in a perfect location! Beautiful beach with not many people around yet close to the airport We highly recommend her place and all her ideas. Her neighbor is wonderful! Thank you for a great vacation!

My family and I had a beautiful time in Shawna’s and Jonathan’s place. It was as described and the place was super clean. We were not that disturbed by the neighbours dogs. Our kids loved the garden in the back and the patio was the perfect place to relax. The hosts gave us some pointers on supermarkets and local restaurants ( poop deck is a must ). I think car rental would be best for this location. Again we had a great time and we hope to come back one day !

The view was amazing! Chandra was extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive. We had an amazing stay and we will definitely stay again.

It was great! The house was beautiful, super clean and everything needed to make it a fantastic stay! The owners were super proactive also. One night there was a bad storm and they came right away and put the generator on so we would continue to be comfortable. Thank you, Dionne and Alphaeus!!! We hope to stay again soon!!!

Since we were landing on Xmas Day, couldn’t get a rental car until the next day, and weren’t sure whether any restaurants would be open nearby, Faynell graciously volunteered to hit the supermarket on our behalf before we arrived. What more do you need to know about her hospitality? House is nice, neighborhood quiet but about a 5-15 minute drive from most of what you’d want to do. You will want a rental car!

Where can we start…. What an incredible host and experience! We have been to Bahamas before but this time, this experience was amazing! We wanted to experience more of the local spots and that’s exactly what Arlington delivered! The house was incredible, the pictures matched exactly what the app showed and again, the service was simply amazing. Must must must must stay here! Cannot wait to come back :)

Ramesh was awesome! We had the whole place to ourselves and it looks like it has been recently renovated. Very clean. AC worked great! Ramesh answered all our questions right away and gave great recommendations. He set up transportation to the place and back to the airport!

We had a wonderful time at Sunflower House. The layout of the house itself was excellent: plenty of room for all of us, and a bright, pleasant feel. The pool was super clean and we very much enjoyed the backyard. We didn’t really walk anywhere from here but it was centrally located and we’d stay here again. Gary was the ultimate in a pleasant, helpful, responsive and respectful host. This was a great choice for our group of 7 (including kids)!
