Vacation rentals with beach access in New Providence

We had a lovely time! It was super easy to walk to the beach our location felt super private. The bus was right down the street and super easy to navigate getting to the downtown area.

Teresa was an amazing host! This place is definitely a 10/10 highly recommended! I can’t wait to visit again!

This experience was much better than we have had staying in Air BnB properties. Kyrene literally thought of everything we could need and had it available for us. The condo was clean, private, and well organized. The area was quiet and the pool outside was clean and so nice! We had a power outage the last night we were there, and Kyrene kept us updated on the situation. We loved staying here and if u could give it 6 stars, I would!

We loved this air b&b and it really started to feel like home! It’s very clean and it has almost everything you need. The room was very comfortable and has all of the amenities such as toaster, towels, snorkel, wifi, washer/dryer on site, etc. There are residents in the building that were very nice. The area is about 15 minute drive to downtown and the fish fry. The location was perfect for us because we prefer the quiet/calm setting, but we were close enough to check everything out. It’s a 1 minute walk to fort Montague beach. The beach has trash just like every beach where people frequent, but a local crew comes out to pick up. (Everyone who visits should do their part too). The water is crystal clear and we saw marine life. The locals were so welcoming and kind. We made a lot of friends and there’s a great beach bar right on fort montague called Mr. tropical. The owner is the most awesome guy. T was so helpful the entire time and responds quickly. Thank you for letting us stay!

We truly appreciated the hospitality Kim and Brent offered. The home was exactly as we expected and was very spacious for our group of four. The market was a short distance and easily walkable, very convenient. The walk to the beach was much the same and provided us with beautiful early morning views. We ate dinner at local spots like Tuga Supper Club and Meze Grill. Meze Grill was by far the winner in our book but both are worth checking out for yourself. Overall, Kim is an easy going host— one of the best I’ve experienced. No long laundry lists of cleaning tasks on your way out and it makes the checkout process so much easier. We would definitely stay here again!

Where do I start?, from all the places we have ever stayed this place top every single one. The view is absolutely beautiful as well as the condo. We had the beach basically to ourselves. We went to buy groceries so we could have food ready after a day on the beach the only bad thing about the it is we had to leave to come back to real life. Hope to go back to the same one day.

Judith and her team did an amazing job. Our entire experience from booking until we checked out just flowed, as the communication by email was chocked fully of information and easy-to-follow instructions. I would gladly stay on the property again!

Where do I start? Penny’s house is beautiful inside and out. Well located across from the water and near a supermarket (7minutes walking). Penny was a wonderful host, always responsive and accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely will be coming back and will recommend her place to anyone looking to vacation at Nassau.

Cannot say enough about Michelle and this location!!!! We had a scary event happen at another place we were staying at and had to leave. Michelle was very quick to respond and was very supportive ensuring a quick and early check in for us. The location and surroundings are absolutely stunning and look exactly like in the photos. My family felt safe at this location especially in a gated community with friendly neighbors. Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She and the owner were generous to add any items needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The fact that you can literally just walk out the back steps right into the ocean is a bonus!! We snorkelled around the area and saw so many neat fish and coral. At night we would just walk outside along the rocks after the tide went out to see the live shells. Truly an amazing place and host - highly recommended and we will definitely only book with Michelle the next time we come to Bahamas!!

Nadia's place was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable space, well stocked supplies for cooking in the kitchen (and thanks for the arrival snacks!), a nice back deck to eat on (with chairs and fold up table), and easy access to Love beach and the pool. Thankful for the provided beach mats and umbrella, we utilized them at the other beaches nearby (Jaws, Adelaide) and made good use of our rental car, hitting many further parts of the island (Downtown, Paradise Island, etc). It was always nice to come back to the quiet west end at the end of the day. The hosts are impeccable - communicative & easy to converse with, willing to provide recommendations (which we enjoyed!), flexible in our check out time due to a later flight, and when we had one issue with internet, they provided a work around immediately. This is a great spot.

Jina was truly a heaven sent during my stay! She was super polite, very professional, and made me feel like family! Anytime I am in the Bahamas she will be my go to girl! Book now, don’t hesitate… You literally won’t find anything better😊

I can’t describe how wonderful this house was because you have to visit to believe it His place was serene, beautiful and so relaxing!! Just what we needed for a week away from the hustle of work!! Just off the beaten path but so worth it and we had our own private beach with snorkel gear, kayaks and floatees!! Will recommend to anyone!! 5 star!!!

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

Will definitely be staying here again. Well worth it.

This was a very beautiful, clean, spacious condo with all the amenities listed. It is located in a prime spot that includes walking distance to the beach, various restaurants surrounding the place, walking distance to the grocery store/gas station, and access to the amenities of the nearby resort. This place is truly a gem, and I would highly recommend it.

Feels like home! What a great experience we had. Looks can be deceiving from the outside but the inside a whole different story. Worth every dollar! From the prime location, to a moments walk to a secluded private beach, to the modern & clean interior design, we were impressed. The host Anna and her fiancé Anthony we're very kind, helpful and responsive. Felt like we were staying in upscale luxury condo in Miami. Great space for a weekend getaway for a couple. Will definitely be booking on our next visit to the Bahamas. 5 Stars all around! 😄

Most importantly the King bed was comfortable and the place had AC that worked and a full bath upstairs. This place is next to the Four Seasons Ocean Club and 10-15 min down the beach from the Atlantis This condo and the whole community is very basic with no frills but it boasts the best beach in the Bahamas. You have to punch in a code into two different gates to get to the beach but that means a VERY private and relaxing beach experience. Viola's restaurant is right out your front door on the property and has very reasonable and delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are going to cook in, I recommend stopping at the Solomon's Fresh Market near the airport and getting all your groceries there or at a larger grocery store. The grocery on Paradise Island is pricey and very limited and a pretty decent walk (especially if raining). This has a circular staircase that some folks might find hard to use but if you are mobile, it's fine. Pull out sofa is fine for kids but not adults.

Rarely do I want to return to the exact same place, but John’s place would have me return. The location, with its near-private beach, was so ideal and well-suited for half day at the beach and half at the lovely pool. The unit has ample chairs, umbrellas, loungers, ice chest, towels galore, and all the comforts of home. There’s a computer and phone you can use, fully stocked kitchen, every kind of coffee maker, dishes, cookware a person could ask for. Great bathrooms, comfortable beds, nice bedding, and a lovely patio to relax. The air conditioning and fans are plentiful. It’s hands down my favorite AirBnB of all time. John is available and receptive to your needs like no one I’ve encountered. The quiet complex is well maintained and the little restaurant, Violas is handy. Perfect for a serene get away. No mosquitos or bugs of any sort. Just lovely lizards and kitty cat visitors outside. We’ll be back for sure!

This place is close to beaches and restaurants, a great grocery store and other shopping. Although it's not new, the inside has been renovated and is spotlessly clean. One beach is about a five minute walk away (turn left). Another beach is a 10 minute walk (turn right). There are two beach chairs (the carry on your back type) and a beach umbrella in the room. First day we went to the beach (left), it was empty. Amazing! The bed is very comfy-you'll sleep well. Nice patio out back. You're close to the road, but it's quiet inside. We loved it.
