Villa vacation rentals in New Providence

Honestly pictures and reviews do not do the property justice. Timothy’s place exceeded our expectations in every sense. My husband and I love all inclusive resorts but wanted something more peaceful and intimate for our 10 yr anniversary and this place was perfect! We saw a total of 3 people on the beach the whole 5 days we were there and they were locals that were just walking their dogs on the beach and then in minutes they were gone. The water was so clear and calm enough to swim in and just enjoy the shore. We brought our small portable speaker and just enjoyed the view for hours on end every day. Timothy recommended a local place to eat which we tried and loved and went back day after day, “Louis and Steens”, coffee was great so was breakfast lunch and dinner lol. The Villa itself was just as the listing and was spotless and comfortable. Timothy had a few goodies, waters, fruit and juice when we arrived with a written note as well, he was super welcoming and made us feel at home.

Arrived and were taken to our unit and given all instructions. 2 pools (note: not heated) and we couldn't believe how close we were to the beach - easy to run back and forth all day. Easy walk to the marina with liquor store, groceries, Dunkin, other restaurants as well as Atlantis. We did the day pass there, which was enough - I was happy we chose the AirBnB vs. the hotel - more our speed (kids are 12 and 9). Spent every night playing Yahtzee on the awesome patio, listening to the waves crash. Unit size was plenty and had all necessary kitchen + bath items. The onsite restaurant was great; recommend ordering to-go to save time. Neighbors were friendly and we loved the cats!! Our family can't wait to go back!

We just returned from our 7 night stay. Deborah was great before and during our stay, answering any questions, meeting us upon arrival, providing great local suggestions, and always keeping us updated on power outages (they do not last long). The house was perfect for our group of 3 couples – three private bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The pool is where we spent the majority of our time, and a few of us spent time on the beautiful private beach. We ventured to many of the local hot spots – Twisted Lime & Spritz Bar being our favs! The only thing we can find that impacted our stay, was the grill not being operational. Huge shoutout to the amazing taxi drivers – Neil, Chadson & Nevado! Definitely had a blast with those guys and highly recommend them! Would be nice to provide a small vacuum for guests, but that did not impact our stay - just a thought! :)

Place was amazing! So much more than anticipated. Access to the Caribbean Sea was top notch. Right on the water and able to get there by walking a rocky path. We snorkeled right off the beach. It was amazing!!!!! House was very nice. As pictured. Views are stunning. Splash pool was used every day and especially fun at night. There is an eclectic coffee shop/hand crafted cocktail spot nearby (Bon Vivants) that we enjoyed every day after we found it. Great Cappuccino, pasties, cocktails and mocktails. A few nearby restaurants and grocery store close by. The only issue is it's on a busy road you have to cross to get anywhere. Doable though. Did not rent a car, took the bus downtown, which was great and cheap. Hosts were incredibly helpful and accessible. Ask them your questions!

1 week later and I’m home sick for this villa🥹. The pictures do not do this place justice. The accommodations are amazing. I saw comments about the yard, although there were leaves and flowers on the floor outside I did note the time of year. If u live around flora, you’ll understand that abscission is normal. A special thanks to Kent and Scott who are great hosts and were most responsive. We were a party of 8 and we were all comfortable. This is my forever home in Bahamas 🫶🏽

Let me start by saying Anton's place is amazing. We traveled with a group of 8 and it was more than enough room. My favorite part was sitting on the deck in the evenings, listening to music and watching the sunset over the ocean. The pool was amazing and the grounds were immaculate. The house had all the amenities we needed including beach chairs and canoes. Look no further, this is definitely the spot for rest and relaxation. We will definitely visit again.

I really appreciated Jean. She was flexible with us, with check out times, and was extremely helpful throughout our visit. She responded to every question quickly and even arranged for us get to and from the airport which was so kind. The apartment was comfortable and in a great location. We walked everywhere, including to the beautiful Cabbage Beach. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

This is a very nice property located in one of the best parts of the island. Half of block away from a really nice small beach with reefs where you can see fish and crab. Pristine crystal clear waters that reach your knees. 12 minutes from Paradise island and near pharmacies and grocery stores. Clean as a whistle, A/C in all bedrooms, comfortable beds, TVs everywhere. Nice home out of home ambience.

We highly recommend this location and host. Megan and all were very responsive and extremely helpful. I have chronic illness and can get confused easily or ask dumb questions due to my brain fog but they responded quickly and made everything comfortable and easy. The property is amazing with a beach and pool right on site, and the location is great in regards to how close it is to restaurants, beaches, etc. The sunsets on the property were beautiful. Megan and team set up the car rental, Rose Island pig excursion, and cell phone. Everything was very smooth and we really appreciated how easy they made it all for us. The location felt very safe and there were maintenance workers out every morning. Everyone was extremely friendly and super helpful. I can't say enough about this spot it was perfect for our needs. I really appreciate the great communication from the host, the beautiful stay, and everything else about our visit. Again I highly recommend this location and host.

Excellent property Excellent location Excellent Hosts !!!!

We were an American family traveling to Nassau/New Providence for the first time and did not want the resort experience. We wanted a safe Airbnb, and somewhere we could have as a home base to explore the more quiet and tranquil parts of the island. Geno's place was PERFECT for that. It is gated with a person to check you in and out when coming and going, a small convenience store across the way with really kind women who run the joint, a supermarket nearby for access to groceries (albeit a bit expensive), and the Pink Octopus in a neighboring community for cocktails and an ocean view. There is a small beach but it's decent, better beaches are a drive- Love, Jaws were our favorites - 35-40 minutes but it's island driving and you get to see how Bahamian life really is. Nassau and Paradise Island are a much shorter drive, but more loads of people. The house is clean, cozy, and well decorated. The pool is great! Remember, this is island life, so it's different. And well worth it.

The house was perfect for our group of friends and she was an amazing host. Very accommodating

Our stay here was really great. The villa is within walking distance of a few restaurants and the grocery store which makes it easy to get food without needing a taxi or bus. The view from the back to the ocean was beautiful. The beach was not super big but it was isolated and was good enough for the few of us. Cornelia was super helpful during our stay and provided us with lots of resources for things to do while we were there. Having this villa be in a gated community provided all of us with a good sense of security while staying there as well. They also had 24hr surveillance too :)

my stay at the location was great i surely will stay again what stood out to me most is how helpful andvfriendly the host sidney was awesome lady i really loved her energy in assuring our stay was great

Peo is a great host. Very friendly and accommodating. The cottage is beautiful and set away from the main building. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, close enough to restaurants, beach and the main tourist area yet far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend this place.

Meka was a great host. The home was beautiful and I will definitely be returning soon.
