Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in New Hampshire

We were lucky to stay at Shannon’s Home so we could attend a family wedding in the area. Home was clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully. My family and I chose to buy our own groceries and cooked versus going out to the restaurants. We really loved that stove haha :) We honestly felt right at home and had the most loveliest time. Would definitely book with her again in the future.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as pictured — spacious, beautifully updated, and super comfortable. It had everything we needed and was a great setup for our group (four adults, two toddlers, and two infants). The only surprise was some weekday construction next door, but once inside, it was pretty quiet and didn’t bother us at all. Overall, a fantastic spot and we’d definitely stay again!

Carla’s place was a great Airbnb stay! It was very clean and spacious—perfect for accommodating three families with kids. There was plenty of room, and the house was stocked with toys and games like Catan, making it fun for all age groups. The TV with Netflix was a nice bonus for relaxing evenings. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and there were various types of drinkware available, which added a nice touch. The home’s aesthetic was lovely and thoughtfully designed. Located in New Hampshire, the house is surrounded by nature and woods, offering a peaceful, forest-like atmosphere. Yet, it’s not too isolated, with other homes nearby, which gave us a sense of safety. Highly recommended!

The pictures don’t do this house/surroundings justice. It’s absolutely stunning and the owners are thorough with everything you need and are so very nice. A lot of space in this home! The inside and outside area of the home is absolutely gorgeous! If you’re looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful home with a ton to offer, look no further as this is the spot. Lea's place was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. A great alternative to a hotel, especially when sharing with friends, all of whom have kids. This place does have a big spiral staircase that's necessary to climb/descend when reaching all but one bedroom, so make sure your kids are old enough to safely go up and down the stairs. The kitchen and living space were large enough for 10 people easily - a gorgeous, woodsy place that was a perfect vacation house.

We would absolutely stay at this house again. The home itself was gorgeous, as was its bucolic country setting backing onto a pristine natural creek. The kitchen, bedrooms, and other accommodations met all our needs and were accurately described in the listing. We had a group visiting to attend my son's graduation from Dartmouth, and the location was reasonably convenient to Hanover. While the house is not in close proximity to campus, the drive is not particularly long and it is scenic and easily manageable. Barbara, the host, was exceptionally responsive to any queries and very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place!

This is our 2nd time staying here during winter break, and it checked all the boxes again this year. The place itself is super cute and cozy and just feels like home as soon as you walk in. The kids love having their own room downstairs and my son raves about the bed. In fact, he has me on a quest to recreate, as he puts it, "the bed situation" there. The upstairs living space is the perfect place to relax, and we spent time each day of our trip playing games while nestled in front of the fireplace. It's well positioned for easy access to Attitash and Wildcat as well as going into North Conway (Zebb's is always a must-do), but we also really love the town of Jackson. Going over the covered bridge feels like you're entering into a special tucked away place. Yesterday's restaurant has incredibly breakfast, Red Fox Inn has great dinner, and Nestlenook Farm is great for ice skating. If you're in the area, you also need to check out Vintage Baking Co. All around a great getaway!

Great location and lots of amenities to keep everyone busy! Condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was clear communication and we'll definitely be staying again when we come back to the area!

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

Really enjoyed our stay. Our kids had a good amount of space to play away from the bedrooms. Furniture was comfortable. Close to great restaurants and storyland.

Cozy, clean place. Great location for ski in/out. Attitash Abenaki lift is just right next to back yard. Owner communication is excellent. We had wonderful time with kids during our ski trip! Thanks Donald.

I think this was my fourth year staying in the bus. Hannah is great. She will repsond when you need her and leave you alone otherwise, or at least after three years of doing this we have developed a degree of trust, so she leaves me alone. ;) I have always given 5 stars across the board but this year I gave 3 for location and 4 for meeting expectations. Let me explain; you are out there in nature, its nice, beautiful even, but I couldnt get an Uber to a restaurant 8 minutes away. Not a problem most folks are going to have there, but that's the location. I did the 4 stars because, it's more expensive, which I paid without hesitation, but noticed, and I couldn't find a place to plug in chargers. In fairness, I didn't ask, and I know Hannah would have informed me as close to immediately as she possibly could. The gas didn't work, or didn't seem to, and Hannah would have gone under the bus if I asked her to, which I would not do, I didn't need it ultimately.

We just loved to stay at Sam’s place! This is a really beautiful cabin that shows all the love that he has put on the many little details that can be seen everywhere there. Also, he was outstandingly attentive and responsive and his recommendations were on point! We would definitely like to stay in this place again in the future!

Nothing but positive things to say. It was the perfect place for our family-fur and human! We appreciated then communication, cleanliness, and feelings of home away from our own home. Thank you to the team for offering such a lovely stay!

A true slice of heaven!! If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is it!

Part 2 of my extended stay at this little cabin and the feeling remains the same. Great spot, private beach, comfortable bed, awesome fire pit. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, very peaceful and surrounded by nature. Definitely hope to return soon!

Beautiful place! Definitely hope to go back in the future. The inside had the amazing cabin, new wood smell. Lots of natural light and over all super clean. We were greeted by two stunning, Luna moths at the front door at check in. Tons of birds for bird watching. Could hear a barred owl at night. The place felt magical to us!

The Quimby Cabin was perfect! Very beautiful with the river right off the deck. We enjoyed a bonfire and ate every meal on the deck. There were lots of things for my kids to do, puzzles, games and drawing materials! I loved reading in the chairs on the deck. The kitchen was packed with everything I needed to cook some great meals too!

We had a lovely stay at Dave and Linda’s place, and in Clarkesville in general. Being from the city in a different state, we appreciated the friendliness and help-your-neighbor attitude we experienced from the people we met here, who helped us tow our car out of a snow drift. Would definitely recommend snow chains or winter tires to drive on the roads nearest to Dave and Linda’s place if you’re staying in Winter. 1840 was our go-to restaurant while here, with great portions and prices, super fresh food, especially relative to what we are used to in the city. The cabin is truly incredible, hand-built by Dave himself and meticulously maintained. We were very warm throughout our stay, and Dave came and helped us prepare the driveway for our car to pull out, and maintain the walkways with salt. Probably the most helpful hosts we have experienced on Airbnb.
