Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in New Hampshire

Heidi was very helpful when I had a little difficulty finding her house on Waze. When I used Google Maps, I found the house easily. The room is immaculate and has a large bathroom with a ‘roll-in’ shower. The mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave were all in good working order. There is an electric fireplace wood heater that gives an ambiance of having a genuine wood stove! There is a large flat screen TV with many cable channels. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was a beautiful BNB for our weekend getaway up in NH. We enjoyed the updated kitchen and cozy living room space and found the decor to be warm and modern. While the bedroom walls are a little thin, and the lovely farmhouse is a little creaky, the beds were very comfortable with memory foam mattresses and luxurious linens. With five of us we had to coordinate a bit to use the one bathroom downstairs, but it was spacious and beautifully renovated with an awesome waterfall shower. We enjoyed all the great amenities and the easy location to all the the NoCo area has to offer! Thanks again!

What an amazing home, very clean with beautiful views! Mary graciously greeted us and was available if we needed anything... which we did not because this house has everything you need! We only stayed for one weekend. We wish it could have been longer so we could have enjoyed everything this house has to offer. Thank you Mary for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We loved our stay! Mark was very responsive and made us feel right at home. The location has some of the best sunsets over the water and a beautiful, yet quiet place for a family vacation in NH. Hope to visit again soon!

If you like quant, peaceful, small town vibes, this is the place for you. Lots of lakes, ponds, hiking and restaurants close by.

The place was very clean. It was exactly as described in the pictures. Jennifer was very proactive and a responsive host. Major attractions such as Franconia notch, lost river etc.., were close by. We enjoyed our stay this place. The weather was little hot & humid. But Jennifer helped us set up the air conditioner in the room which was helpful. Overall, we had a good stay!

Donna is fantastic and if your looking for a charming New England spot this is it! We Are very satisfied with this home.

My husband and I, along with our two adult children needed a place close to extended family. We chose this place for the proximity the marsh. Even in December, we were able to walk the marsh and to the beach several days; stopping at Flamingo's for coffee & GF breakfasts. With 3 bathrooms, both kids had their own, and 3 levels meant we could spread out and get alone time. The kitchen is conveniently between the dining and living space, again spreading out and yet together-whether we were making a quick breakfast or reheating leftovers. We never used the main floor heating unit, choosing to use the fireplace instead. (Close the upstairs bedroom doors to keep them cooler.) Even when it was too cold to walk, we had views of the marsh from every window. The extra parking was helpful since our son drove up, our rental, and my sister-in-law came to get my daughter and I to drive down to Boston. We did our usual walk on nearby Marginal Way, and shopping/eating in Portsmouth. Loved it!
