Farmstay vacation rentals in New Hampshire

Our stay with at Christie and Richie’s treehouse was amazing! Not only were they exceptional hosts, but the accommodations were perfect. The treehouse is super cozy, the hiking trails are beautiful, and it’s all around peaceful place. We brought our dog and he had a great time as well! Their dog Bo was a great playmate for our dog. I highly recommend staying with Christie and Richie!

Moose Lodge was amazing. We had a great weekend with family and friends. The river walk and surrounding property was fun for the kids and unexpectedly big. The view of the white mountains was amazing. There are lots of great hikes and places to go including some restaurants not to far. The host was very helpful and just the right amount of involved. All in all a great stay and would do it again in a heartbeat.

The house was beautiful. The walk down to the dock was also wonderful, the lake is beautiful. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well!

We loved staying here! It was plenty private and was a perfect destination for a romantic weekend away!

The hosts were very responsive and helpful, very nice people who make you feel right at home. need anything just ask they will be right there. The place is homey with livestock which you can feed snacks too which is awesome, very informative as well about the livestock. Definitely Recommend and when we stay in the area again Definitely first place we will look for to stay at. Thank you

The River House is such a great place to stay when exploring the White Mtns. The river next to the house is beautiful. We kept the glass door open (screen closed) to hear the river as we fell asleep. It’s less than a 20 min drive to so many great area hikes and attractions.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Very quiet, beautiful light at dawn and dusk with open views. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is really easy to cook in. We felt right at home!

Amy was the perfect host and her place was beautiful! We located this place as it was near an event we were attending and we would not have to drive after the event. What a pleasant surprise. Exactly what we were looking for and we would highly recommend!

We had the best weekend at this place! It’s a beautiful home (in our opinion the cutest on the entire lake) in an even more beautiful area. It was a bit overcast and rained one day but the lake was surprisingly warm and we still went swimming even on the cooler day. We also used the kayaks and SUP the host provided to spend more time on the water. There were lots of board games provided that we played often. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, pans, and even small appliances, and the toiletries provided were nice. The best part of this place, however, is the French doors that open onto the balcony. We kept them open, with the screen closed to keep bugs out, almost the entire time we were in the house. Despite being a guest house on the same property as Janath and Beth’s home, the carriage house felt very private. This has been one of our most favorite places we’ve stayed. A beautiful home that is quiet and with lake views you can’t beat. I’d recommend to anyone! You’ll love it.

Siding was very communicative throughout the entire process. My family enjoyed the cottage to ring in the New Year together. We had such a peaceful time. The house was just as described. We were lucky with weather and were able to enjoy a New Year’s Eve hike with great views

So far the best rental property I have stayed at. Spacious and very well stocked with a great view of the pond. Backing up to the front door to unload/load and having the garage space (snow in December) were big advantages. Loft bedroom not as private as the other two bedrooms, but the spacious lower level bedroom was perfect for my guests. Everyone who came by during my visit were impressed with the property and the house.

Amazing stay and fantastic hosts Ashley and Keith were incredibly kind, friendly, and fun hosts. Their farm is very beautiful and peaceful, with a beautiful sunset and pastures. They have all different kinds of animals on their farm, and they showed us around. We got to see and pet many of the animals and even walk the sheep as a separate activity. Ashley’s breakfast was also amazing—her pancakes are incredible, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. We also bought stuff from her farm on our way out which was another bonus.

Booked this location for a friend as my wife and I were staying in Elena's other property. Our friend Joyce's words "A most accommodating Hostess, the property was wonderful and Thank you again" Elena goes out of her way to make people feel comfortable and as always went above and beyond. We had the most wonderful stay at Brosie Farm! Josie, Brent and their family were so welcoming and inviting. The property was spotless and very well appointed, and the location and setting were simply beautiful. We can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed two months in “the barn.” The kitchen was well equipped for preparation of meals. The bed was comfortable. The location was quiet with lots of activities nearby. And the host was most responsive.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our visit, making everything smooth and stress-free. The house is in a fantastic location, close to tons of great restaurants and local attractions. Their thoughtfully curated guide book helped us discover some real hidden gems in the area that we wouldn’t have found on our own. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and spending time in the beautiful backyard, it really made the whole experience feel like a retreat. Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Brian’s Airbnb exceeded our expectations! His home was very accommodating for 5 adults and 3 young children. It was extremely well stocked with kitchen items, toys/ games for all ages, and accessories for young children such as; gates, bed rails and portable cribs. We had many games of shuffleboard with adults and children in the evening. They truly thought of everything!!! Loved all the decor and the inviting and cozy feel of their home. The beds were so comfortable. The location was ideal for heading to Storyland and North Conway. 😊 This trip was a Christmas gift to spend time with my adult children and grandchildren and I couldn’t have asked for a better gift ❤️

The house is just as pictured, beautiful kitchen, spacious rooms, very nice library. It is very warm and homey, we felt very comfortable. We loved the farm and, we got to see baby lambs which was a great plus, especially if you go with kids! Kim was great from the first moment and very communicative! We would definitely be back!

My girlfriends and I have chosen to stay here three years in a row for our annual girls weekend, which should tell you all you need to know. Clean, friendly and responsive hosts, great location for getting away to the quiet but easy drive to restaurants. Highly recommend!

The Salty Grape has everything and more fpr a weekend retreat. Scott and Nancy were so kind to give us full tour of house upon checkin. We've already begun to think about a second trip back!

My family really loved our stay at Mark's place. Mark was a great host. The written information he provided by email ahead of the trip was extremely helpful with great suggestions of things to do. We found ourselves not wanting to leave the space very much because it was so peaceful and beautiful there. We are 5 adults with three dogs and we had more than enough space to be comfortable. We did see the bald eagle which was amazing and my husband caught his first rainbow trout on Father's Day. We all hiked Hale Brook, visited Lower Falls (the dogs loved this), ate at Reklis Brewing (highly recommend) and had fantastic ice cream at Super Secret Ice Cream. But nothing beat just sitting in the Adirondacks watching the river roll by. We can't wait to come back next year. It was everything we were looking for and more.

This was my 3rd time here and it is such an amazing place very quiet and peaceful!

Beautiful house to stay

Well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds with all-cotton sheets, beautiful birds and plants all around. Scott is delightful and interesting, available for conversation when we wanted and also plenty of privacy. We'll definitely be returning!
