Vacation rentals with a kayak in New Forest District

This is the perfect place for families as children are so brilliantly catered for! They loved all the games and toys, and all sleeping together in the bunk bed room. This meant the adults could relax on the balcony and enjoy the splendid view! Maria was really responsive, a great host.

We had a wonderful week at Antonia’s gorgeous house. It was our second visit, and we would happily come again next year. The house is huge, comfortable and stylish, with a great kitchen and garden. It’s in such a great location - a few minutes to both the beach and the village. Really special place to stay and we felt very well looked after.

We had a wonderful stay - we were on the island for a mix of pleasure and business, so having a great base was key. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy and the area is ideal. Will almost definitely be back next time we are with a group of this size.

We cannot fault Dianne’s property. 6 of us have just returned having had the most amazing time celebrating a milestone birthday and Sunnycove was exceptional. Beautiful home fantastic location and we all felt so comfortable at this wonderful property. We met Dianne and she is absolutely charming and so helpful. We felt so lucky to have been able to stay at her stunning house on the River Thames.

Mandy and Paul's house is warm, colourful and welcoming. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are comfy and the shower is good. We enjoyed our stay very much, visiting Bristol, Bath and Cardiff easily. We would have liked another armchair in the living room, so we could all sit comfortably to watch a film, but otherwise a perfect holiday house.

Great place, and one of the most welcoming host I’ve ever encountered. Everything just perfect: 10 minutes walk from centre, very clean, well equipped kitchen, large dining room etc. I’d warmly recommend to anyone would want to spend some quality time in Cowes.

This is our second time staying at Amanda's beautiful cottage and we will continue to come back as long as she'll have us. It's spacious, comfortable, is in a great location, and has plenty of parking nearby. Everything is walkable from her place and it is super easy to get to. There are sights, a grocery, and plenty of shopping and dining nearby. As for the place, the kitchen is perfectly appointed, beds are very comfortable and Amanda was even nice enough to leave us a welcome gift in the refrigerator! Thank you! Communication is perfect every step of the way and the unit is super easy to get into. We love coming to Arundel and will be back! Thank you for another amazing stay, Amanda. Hope to see you / the cottage next year.

We really loved staying here - our getaways with a toddler + 2 dogs can be stressful, but this was such a great place to stay that it removed all stress. The location was peaceful and quiet, the village itself was small and walkable for the local pub and playground for our daughter. It was easy to drive to local tourist spots and all the roads were fine. The accommodation itself was comfortable and clean and had all we needed. Can’t thank our hosts enough for such a pleasant stay.

David’s cottage was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. He was welcoming and approachable, checking that everything was as we wanted, and also leaving us a lovely bottle of wine. The cottage was warm and comfortable with a pretty Christmas tree greeting us.

A lovely place to stay. Nathalie was really friendly and welcoming. This cottage was like home from home, exactly as described. My kids loved the trampoline and Louis the dog.

Katy was a wonderful host, she sent very detailed directions ahead of our visit, met us on arrival and couldnt of been more helpful. The cottage is perfect, it has everything you need, is tastefully decorated and immaculatelyclean. There were also some treats for us and essentials like tea, coffee, milk. Great location for exploring on foot or bike. We can't wait to go back!
