Oak Tree Cottage is nestled on the edge of the village of Pilley, near the coastal town of Lymington. With forest tracks on the doorstep, it is ideally situated for exploring the countryside of the New Forest National Park and villages along the South coast. The local ponies and donkeys are frequent visitors to our lane, as they roam freely in the immediate area. The cottage is tastefully furnished and well equipped, with ample parking, and barbecue provided for the summer. Wifi speed 150 mbps.

This beautiful home, recently renovated but retaining plenty of character, is just a few minutes’ drive from the bustling market town of Lymington and right on the doorstep of the New Forest. It is a generous relaxing space, luxuriously appointed, with a glorious garden perfect for family get-togethers or as weekend retreat. You can enjoy plenty of walks direct from the cottage and are a few minutes from the sea, woods, moors and all the New Forest has to offer, including a great pub close by!

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.
