Chloe’s place was truly something special. The view couldn’t be better—right on the water! The upstairs features a large opening to the beach that makes you feel like you’re living outdoors. It does get warm during the day, but with the fans and side windows open, you can create a pleasant airflow. The spacious bedroom downstairs was comfortable and includes a cooling system that keeps things cool at night. The mattress could use an update—it’s quite soft and you can feel the springs a bit—but we still slept well. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils you might need if you plan to cook. I would definitely recommend Chloe’s place if you’re looking to enjoy island life away from the main tourist areas, while still being close to attractions and having direct access to the water!

Our stay at Dora’s Cottage was absolutely delightful — peaceful, comfortable, and filled with the warm charm of Barbados. The cottage is nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood, making it the perfect retreat to relax and recharge, while still being conveniently close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The space was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to soft linens. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area — ideal for morning coffee and unwinding after a day of exploring the island. Corey was a fantastic host — welcoming, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. His hospitality truly made the experience feel personal and memorable. Bodie’s place is in a stunning location, just opposite the beach at Bathsheba. We stayed for 3 nights to chill before coming home to the UK after visiting family. The view from the new decking is memorising - this area made the place for me, it’s a great addition. I spent hours lying on the deck, taking in the view. It’s a short walk to Dina’s, The Roundhouse & other places for food/drinks, both are reasonably priced. There is a bus stop right outside & buses past by often. The house is cosy with a cute beach theme. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you would expect. Only thing missing was a tea towel. The bedding was clean and the bed was very comfortable. A/C worked well. We met Bodie who was very friendly and accommodating, offering us a late check out at no extra cost. He told us there was a surf competition in the Soup Bowl which we wandered across to watch, using the beach chairs provided. If you’re a surfer, or just love Bathsheba, this place is perfect.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the space was. It was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of our experience was the exceptional hospitality. Even though the official check-out time was earlier, Shameika went above and beyond to accommodate us until we were ready for our late flight. Her kindness and flexibility made our stay even more relaxing and stress-free. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place or host. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed stay with top-tier service in Barbados!

Lovely peaceful and beautiful location in the countryside, with some lovely local walks down the coast. I would highly recommend going to Andromeda botanical gardens in Bathsheba, the restaurant attached to it served the most amazing food worth visiting just for that. The bus is about 35 - 45 mins into Bridgetown, the bus stop is about 15 min walk away. If you can rent a car it would make your life a lot more convenient and you can see more places. Great place to stay :)

What a gem ….. 10 ++ ! We loved our time at Glenn & Pat’s lovely home in the country! Peaceful, comfortable and cozy with all one needs to enjoy a restful holiday. We enjoyed the visits from Goldie & Harvey ….. well mannered pups indeed and Pat generously shared her delicious baking with us as well. They have thought of just about everything in the apartment to make your stay enjoyable…..sharing great stories and their personal favs for dining out! Do note though that as the location is rural, these lovely restaurants are no more than a 15-20 drive away. Glenn & Pat provided lots of useful information about their area of the island. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts and will look forward to a return visit.

The directions to get to this beautiful Airbnb was very detailed and accurate. If it weren’t for these, I don’t know that we would of found the room on our own. Zharia gave clear instructions! This home was beautiful and had pretty scenery. It’s truly a country setting. Very comfortable and relaxing! We enjoyed our stay here. It’s far away from the airport but we didn’t mind the drive. The home had everything needed with a full kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.
