Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. It is a luxurious Eco Pod crafted in the style of an upturned boat made from Larch Wood. It has underfloor heating, , a wetroom, smart tv, wifi, surround sound, wireless phone charger and iPhone docking station, kitchenette and contains the finest in bedding and appliances.

The Den is a stunning stone built 1 bedroom cottage finished and furnished to the highest standard offering a very comfortable stay for our guests. Set in a quiet rural location and within easy reach of Aberdeenshire’s many attractions makes it the perfect location for your getaway. The open plan kitchen / diner has a fully fitted modern kitchen. A full size single bed can also be added to the large bedroom to accommodate 3 guests. There is outside seating and patio area.

The Lodge can sleep up to 6 people. It has a lovely Scottish heritage feel inside and lots of architectural character on the outside. The mantel for the open fire inside was made from elm wood grown on the estate and there is some history to be discovered about the external features . A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
