Easter Cottage 4-Bed in Turriff Aberdeenshire

NicolaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Absolutely Stunning house and location. Quiet and Peaceful, the house was exactly as described and the Hosts are super responsive and quick to get back to any issues we had. The house was immaculate and we didn't want to leave. We would say its needs some super comfy seating in the beautiful conservatory to relax and maybe some seating for outside to enjoy the views, sunsets and sunrises. We will definitely be staying again with Blok and this house.

A corner of the entrance features a decorative artificial olive tree in a natural fiber pot. The wall behind is painted in a neutral tone, while a round mirror reflects subtle light. The herringbone-patterned flooring adds texture to the space.

Luxury central apartment w/ 3 beds + 24hr check-in

AnneRating, 5 stars4 days ago
I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s absolutely gorgeous! The high ceilings and well thought out décor give it a real sense of space and calm. Everything was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Sean was a lovely host. He was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I asked for recommendations for where to eat and he shared brilliant local recommendations of different types of cuisines as well as different price points, which made a big difference. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience guests have because a lot of care has gone into the renovation, and for a new listing, it’s already a top-tier place to stay. I’d absolutely book again next time I’m in Aberdeen.
The image captures a serene harbor scene, featuring numerous boats moored on calm waters, reflecting the quaint buildings of Gardenstown. The backdrop presents lush green hills beneath a partly cloudy sky, creating a tranquil coastal ambiance.

The Conners - a modernised fisherman's cottage

SarahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Loved my stay - this property is in a perfect location with great views of the sea. Master bedroom is really comfortable and the house is cosy - loved the seat in front of the window with the view! Kitchen is well equipped. While you're there, I recommend walking through the closes of the village - Denside is a delight at this time of year! Also the effort to get up to St John's Kirkyard via the beach is very much worth it, as-is heading round to Crovie via the Sneuk path. I had a lovely time with the folks in the Heritage Centre - recommend popping in to see them. The nearest parking is in a small car park beyond the cottage at the end of the sea wall, or next to the bins before heading down the sea wall, (see restrictions notice) or at the harbour.

The kitchen highlights a large window with floral curtains, allowing natural light to fill the space. A sink with a modern faucet is positioned on a smooth countertop, accompanied by a vase of fresh flowers. The cabinetry features a soft, neutral color complementing the green paneling.

Secluded luxury retreat on a country estate

DuncanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is an outstanding place for kids and furry friends. Sue and Jim could not have been more helpful or welcoming - the cottage is pristine, cosy and with all you need no matter the weather. The grounds are stunning; affording you real privacy and lots to explore and do from climbing trees to den making, and all whilst surrounded by nature. You are only 10 mins from Inverurie which has plenty of shops to meet your needs. A trip to the Old Post Office for brilliant cakes, Castle Fraser and Kemnay are worth a visit as is the Pit Stop for a great fry up and the Gordon Highlanders museum is perfect for a raining day. Easily the most pet friendly place we have ever stayed.
A charming, dark wooden building stands against a natural backdrop, complemented by decorative fishing gear. Colorful buoys and nets are artistically arranged at the entrance, and a wooden bench invites relaxation. A small window offers a glimpse inside the structure, which is adorned with lights.

Timmerin, a coastal retreat with glorious views

JulieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We absolutely loved our stay at Timmerin. Such a beautiful apartment. So comfortable, immaculately clean, well equipped and .. what a location!! Really can’t praise it highly enough. Sitting in the window seat taking in the wonderful view of the sea and harbour was a delight never to be forgotten (but hopefully to be repeated). The photos really don’t do this apartment true justice. We can also highly recommend the local pub/hotel (5 min walk) the Garden Arms. Small, atmospheric and very welcoming (great food too). Can’t wait to come back soon. Thanks to all.
The exterior of the Bothy features rustic stone walls and a slate roof, complemented by two skylights. A white door with glass panels is centered, flanked by a small window. The space conveys a sense of charm and privacy amidst a serene setting.

The unique Bothy Bed and Breakfast.

DavidRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Looking for a stop over near Turriff on the nearby route 1 cycle tour. Pleased to find the Bothy as cycle friendly and good location for me. Clear directions and easy to find. Lovely hot shower and comfortable area to relax. Met David, a friendly host, who ensured I had what I needed. I ordered a delivery for dinner. The room had microwave/fridge if needed. Wifi not a problem and streamed to my phone fine. Arranged an early breakfast, which David dropped off at the Bothy. Not expected and thank you! Cosy and had a good rest ready for cycling the next day. Super find and the best I have discovered for what I needed on this type of adventure. Thank you

Woodland Retreat-bkfst incl/free parking, gr8 wifi

VickyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I stayed here with my partner and our pets for a long weekend for my birthday, we wanted pure relaxation and to totally switch off from the hussle and bustle from the stresses of city life - this place certainly delivered! Truly peaceful surroundings, loved listening to the birds and feeding the chickens! The chickens are such characters! This property had everything plus more you could ever need. The décor of the cottage is spectacular, it's like it's been professionally designed by an interior designer with each room being different. The hosts are so so welcoming, made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond with anything you needed. We recommend going for a walk around the woodlands. Feels like you're in another world! We would love to visit again!

The exterior entrance to the steading conversion is highlighted by natural stone walls and a slate roof. A well-maintained pathway leads to the door, while nearby windows allow natural light to illuminate the entryway. A small potted plant adds a touch of greenery.

Number 2 The Steading

FionaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Great stay. Would highly recommend. Home was spotless and had everything we needed. Little touches from the host including bread, milk and treats (for all, our dog particularly enjoyed his gravy bones) made us feel very welcome. Surroundings were great, with a specific area for off lead walks too. The welcome pack was brilliant, full of very useful information and suggestions for local activities and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay.
