The Prospector's Cottage was built during the gold rush but has undergone a complete renovation to give it a modern feel while retaining its historic charm. Our home is right at the top of Broad St., a short walk down to bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Miners Foundry is about 5 min walk. This is a very ideal home and location for wedding attendees if you just want to walk to the local venues. Our house has three bedrooms, one on the main floor, and two upstairs. Small, well trained and non shedding pets are welcome after discussion.

Perfect family or couples getaway but still close to town. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped. We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.
