Monthly Rentals in New Baden

This was a very peaceful location to stay. Rural with minimal traffic. Plenty of room my kind of living. I would note I didn’t realize both beds were upstairs in the main house. I would not recommend to anyone elderly or with mobility problems. However it worked for us and would stay there again.

So grateful this property was available. We were nervous about the limited availability of lodging in Hearne. This property was perfect for our large group. Thank you Donna for the hospitality and for accommodating us.

The home was relaxing and comfortable. We had everything we needed, even had some bandaids for my kiddo that was in a tournament this week. The experience was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!

D's place was beautiful and we felt right at home. The instructions were clear, accessible, and things were well labeled throughout the home. The home had everything we'd ever need, and more. For example: life jackets, bug spray, fishing poles, welcome snacks, and emergency toiletries incase we forgot something. Not only was D responsive and accommodating, when there was an issue with the water line (not a reflection of the location or D's), D was quick to reply, send a plumber, and get this issue fixed. This was our first time to Hill Top Lakes and we loved the community and D's home. We're looking forward to our next visit.
