Monthly Rentals in New Albany

This was our second stay at Adrienne’s and once again it did not disappoint. The location is great for us and we will definitely return. Peaceful and private with everything you need, I’ve recommended this property to my family and friends.

My brother and I had a wonderful stay here. Our family has a property without a house nearby, so we've stayed at all the regular places nearby, and this was the most cozy and comfortable place we've stayed, and it felt like the mountain getaway we wish we had. It was a 5 minute ride from the house to get to where we needed to go. The house itself is easy to get to, is very nicely equipped, and very comfortable. Kitchen was great to cook in. Washroom got our gear cleaned up after a few days in the woods, and the shower was as warm as we could want after some 20 degrees days. The living room had a ton of room to spread out, and multiple thermostats let us each have the temp we liked without fighting over the controls. TV was a bit of a challenge, but we felt that is likely the nature of the beast, being a bit off the beaten path. If having sone movies is a priority, we'd say bring a DVD player or a HDMI cable for your laptop.

Lovely country setting in the hills, overlooking the pond and farm. Great little place for a weekend getaway, with everything you need! Jack and Patty were excellent hosts, responding promptly and always very friendly. We would definitely stay again, as it’s close to our family in PA.
