Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nevoy

We were 10 children and 8 adults.We had a great time,a beautiful house and spacious gardens. The pool was the perfect size for the children but had enough room for us all.We felt we had a legitimate French experience in a local village.Plenty to do in surrounding areas. Cecile was very responsive to my many queries in advance of our trip.

We had a great time at Sabrina and Serge's place. Everything was as described, and the listing in a residential area allowed us to have a great weekend with friends. The gite floor, with its many games and toys, is a children's paradise. Hosts are responsive and have plenty of activities. One regret, our schedule and our children, didn't allow us to enjoy the hot tub! Another time! Definitely recommend!

We had a great weekend with friends. The house, in its juice (Nicolas warned us before the reservation that she was no longer young people), is full of charm. We had a problem with the flush but he assured us that he was going to do what was necessary. Nicolas was responsive and very flexible and we even had a historic topo on the house. Thanks!

A second stay with Maxime , a friendly and very responsive host who welcomes us in a clean, thoughtful and pleasant accommodation. Everything was together for a great weekend in the countryside! I highly recommend it!

Pleasant two-night stay Comfortable cottage accommodation in a beautiful setting surrounded by horses. A little short to enjoy all the activities on offer: Hammam sauna, mini golf, fishing, etc. We enjoyed the pool when we returned from visiting Château de Guedelon Want to come back for a stay bringing the whole family together Thank you to our hosts for their friendly and warm welcome

Thanks to Joseph and Gerriane for their welcome, availability and kindness. We had a wonderful time. The area is very beautiful, the common areas (garden, swimming pool, games etc... ) very pleasant and the cottage is well furnished and convenient. The adapted and safe pool for children was a real plus for us with our 2 year old daughter who was able to fully enjoy it. We had a great time with Joseph Gerriane and the hosts present at the same time as us and Joseph's pizzas were delicious. a beautiful and warm place where we will happily return! Thank you!

Lovely home. Perfect to escape the noise and fumes of the city. With that be conscious that you will need to travel a fair 15 minutes to do basic food shopping. If you are looking to explore local towns, be prepared to drive up to an hour. However if you are looking to wind down in one spot, it’s great! Great lawn for garden games, access to pool is safe for kids with an alarm, jacuzzi was awesome to fill in the cooler days and evenings. Also the tv and Pool table was a source of activities. We loved the stay here.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside, but also to reach nearby towns. The house was very clean, cozy and well-stocked. Sylvie and her husband were very welcoming and friendly. If we come back to the area, we will stay there again without hesitation!

Nadine is very welcoming and available. Our arrival went smoothly. The setting is peaceful and welcoming. The accommodation is warm, very clean, and small touches (water bottles, a bouquet of flowers) await you upon arrival. The stay went perfectly well. We will definitely be back again again

We had a great time! Accommodation is as described, the garden is beautiful and the view is wonderful. As a bonus 3 adorable and cuddly cats. The location is superb, next to pretty hiking trails, easily accessible by bus. Finally, Soisic is a very welcoming host, who puts you at ease upon arrival and even shares the things to do in the area. We look forward to returning soon.

We had a very pleasant three-day weekend between nature, calm and authenticity. The house full of charm is comfortable, well heated, with inviting bedrooms, new and functional bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Thanks to Francine for hosting us and for being available. We hope to have the opportunity to stay with you again.

Small rustic cottage in the countryside 15/20 minutes from Sancerre, ideally located to explore Sancerrois and its surroundings. Guaranteed calm! Wake up and go to bed to the sound of birds, happiness! 🥰 The house is small but nice and quite original with its mezzanines (Be careful though, the stairs are quite steep and open). The garden is absolutely delightful. The cottage is rather well-equipped and we enjoyed the owner's small gourmet touches. As mentioned, wifi is not accessible in the cottage. Ideal for disconnecting! Small downsides about our stay: • an unpleasant smell in the bathroom (rising pipes?) • very little pressure in the shower. A hassle to rinse your hair. That didn't stop us from having a pleasant stay.

Our stay here was our finest Airbnb experience to date. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Frederique and her family were the most gracious, thoughtful and generous hosts, offering such a warm welcome to us, the kind you receive when visiting family. The property as well as the grounds/garden are beautiful and offer all the comforts you could hope for, including for our dog. We were working remotely during our one week stay and the internet connection did not fail us. (It is faster than our business connection in London.) Shopping was easy, be it in Saint-Jean-de-Braye or in Orléans. There is a lot to visit, see & do which we hope to catch up on on our next visit when we aren’t working (!). Frederique and her family were always available to guide and help us throughout our stay. We drove over with our electric car and we’re able to both park and charge our car in the property’s private parking space - this was incredibly practical too for us. We were sad to leave but look forward to returning to a wonderful location, home & family in the near future. Thank you Frederique & family.

A small house in a quiet and green area. Very good hosting by Estelle and her husband who gave us some great tips for discovering a beautiful and still authentic region. The rental is simple but nothing is missing and therefore it is excellent value for money.

We loved our stay at Gerard’s place. It was very peaceful and quiet. Gerard was a total superstar when we got lost and had a puncture at the same time. He came to rescue us in the village and then insisted on taking me to get the tyre repaired the next day on a French public holiday. He then helped to provide tools to change the wheel on the car. This was so helpful and way above expectations. I am sorry we took so much of Gerard’s time but he was so nice to us and we were able to have a great time at the old stable despite our car problems. I would recommend using the directions Gerard provides on the messages rather than the default directions on the Airbnb app (which was our mistake). We had a wonderful meal at the Auberge du Cerf restaurant about 5-10 minutes drive away.

Nice welcome from Dominique and Patrick in this haven of peace. Clean and well-equipped accommodation. Air-conditioned. Kids are welcome and it shows! The pool was very nice especially with the hot weather. Bcp of nearby points of interest such as Château de Guedelon. We'll be back for a second stay, for sure!

Johan's house was perfect for a relaxed weekend with friends and kids. Even with bad weather, it is spacious enough to spend all day inside and as soon as the weather is good, there is plenty to do in the garden (very nice swimming pool) and the surrounding nature. Johan was very responsive and made sure we would feel at home in his house. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at Laure and Frédéric's place was great. The farmhouse is nice and the location was very quiet. Perfect for breathing in transit!

Les Vieux Guays was absolutely idyllic. Met Alvaro on arrival. Extremely helpful and friendly. The Gite was perfect - equipped with everything we needed (however, I would recommend bringing your own room fans as you can't open the windows at night unless you want to be nibbled - rural location, it's to be expected). We made use of the bikes and explored the area, plus the kids used them to play on the property. Alvaro even let us use a rod for the Lake - we did venture into Sully (15 mins drive) to buy our own in the end as our son kept losing his floats! In Sully, we visited the stunning Chateau de Sully-sur-Loire. Another stones throw away from the Gite was the Etang du Puits - great land beach. On quieter days, we stayed by the pool, which was not heated like some reviews said, however, we felt it was not needed. I will say, be careful of the horse flies! Take lots of peppermint oil and other repellent. You will need bite creams in August. We did enjoy our stay very much! Merci!
