We better understand the status of "superhost" after a few days in Patricia's Garden. Patricia was very welcoming and always attentive to us. We feel very refreshed after these few days. Our kids spent their time in the pool and calendering Tokyo which is very affectionate. The garden is beautiful and the cottage is very well equipped for a family of 4 Parisians in need of greenery! A true haven of peace. This stay was an enchantment. The place is full of charm, with authentic architecture and a soothing atmosphere. The delicate smell of roses climbing on the facade added a magical touch. It felt completely disconnected from the world. Peace, nature, and beauty, everything came together for a peaceful and refreshing stay. I will come back without hesitation.

Our stay at Laure and Frédéric's place was great. The farmhouse is nice and the location was very quiet. Perfect for breathing in transit!

We had a great weekend with friends in this perfect place. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is a real luxury, and the three toilets are a real plus. The hospitality is super well organized thanks to the lockbox. Soroya was lovely, very available and responsive. She answered all my questions and even came by to allow us to recover an oversight: a real 5-star service! The accommodation was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, perfectly equipped, nothing missing. The small garden is charming and pleasant. It immediately felt good. We were all delighted with this stay and it's certain: we'll rent it again next year! I would recommend this place without a second thought: beautiful, practical, clean, warm… a must-do!

Very good welcome, The environment is peaceful and the terrace is very well-equipped and very pleasant, The garden is just as much! We had a very pleasant stay (3 nights) for 7 people (5 adults and 2 teenagers) The house is large enough for 8 people, We really enjoyed the 2 separate bedroom spaces on each side of the living room (we were a group of friends with a family and 3 adults). The layout is ideal for separating 2 families, for example, Parking in the garden in front of the house is easy and spacious (we had 2 SUVs), it's an essential criterion in our searches for weekends with friends, The accommodation met 100% of our criteria, I highly recommend this listing,

Great for exploring between Sancerrois and Auxerrois. The accommodation is very comfortable (fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, large master bedroom) and the park is absolutely beautiful, justifying the stay on its own (sheep in residence, deer and even wild boars and foxes passing through). Yvan is a very considerate host who provides bicycles (mountain bikes in very good condition), perfect for reaching the many lakes and crisscrossing the Puisaye. Numerous hiking opportunities also around the property. A great option to discover this wonderful region.

We absolutely loved Marie’s annexe, it is very rustic and homely, in a very quiet & peaceful location close to a lake. It was a perfect stopover for one night. It is so well equipped with everything you need. The garden area is fantastic. Marie was very proactive and friendly with her communication. We will definitely stay again.
