Vacation rentals with a patio in Neuschönau

10 out of 10 again. Perfect for skiing. Super nice and nice host. I will gladly come back.

The place was nice, clean and spacious. We felt comfortable there after the well-functioning heater started. 😉 The location was top, beautifully located in the Bavarian forest, idyllic and easy to find. Check-in was easy and communication was great! Highly recommended, happy to come back! :)

Michaela's apartment is very comfortably furnished and excellently equipped. The seat already has sun in the morning, ideal for enjoying coffee. For loading and unloading, you can drive more or less directly in front of the apartment. With a dog, the apartment is superbly located. Directly behind the house you are already on the meadow and can take various beautiful walks. Everything worked out and I would stay with Michaela again anytime.

Clear, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Parking space essential and super useful but poorly placed at the bottom of the parking lot wedged between a wall and a rail, watch out for paint chips when opening the doors... The area is well served by bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk, great! Christoph is very easily reachable and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very busy and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and warm, and I don't think I can sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the ad but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French people who do not practice the same waste sorting as you in Germany, we did not find any clear instructions, please make an effort to explain them...

Good stay for the price

A week that went way too fast! We felt at home in this great apartment from the first moment. Great decor, great comfort, absolutely quiet and very spacious. As dog owners, we enjoyed being able to take long walks from the front door in beautiful nature and surroundings. The national park is also just a few minutes away. We will be happy to come back!

Absolutely lovely place. Quite small but perfect for our family. Host was very nice and when we arrived generously provided us with a lot of regional information. Unit also had a few boxes of toy cars and a board game which the children were able to enjoy.

A very nice stay, the apartment was clean and you had enough space. Ideal for two travelers. The host was always available and would be available in case of need. The Christmas market in Passau itself is quickly accessible by bus, otherwise there would be enough parking garages.

We really enjoyed the days at Angelika's and her family's farm. Above all, the kids particularly liked the possibility to play outside right in front of the cabin and jump on the trampoline, so we were just on the farm for two days of our four-day trip. The kids were also allowed to ride ponies, feed sheep and chickens and even help out in the pasture when there was work to be done. Thanks for the nice days :)!

The accommodation in Bayrisch Eisenstein is a dream.. the house is wonderfully renovated and with the oven and kitchen the favorite place was immediately found. Diana was a very nice host before, during and on departure. The area is just great for all nature lovers (there starts the national park directly) and the Kramerladen in the village is a sensation. We had a wonderful time and can 100% recommend the place. Everything was as described in the ad. Kind regards Josie, Maria and Jan

It was a wonderful, cozy stay at Neidlingerberg. We thank you for a cozy home, a bit like back at grandma's - really great! Especially the tiled stove in the cozy room made all the difference. We had a wonderful host in a quiet, beautiful setting. Thank you, dear Hans!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin, it felt cozy but spacious for our family of 5 🙂. The cabin was located within the beautiful Bavarian forest, not far from local amenities. The beds were comfy and the house was well heated. Overall we had a great time at Ferdinand's place. 10/10 would recommend and would consider returning in the future 😊.

The house was smaller and cozy, everything matched the photos. Everything was beautifully clean and ready according to the promised description.

The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

We have experienced more than 100 airbnb homes over the years and we are pleased to say this is the best home we have ever stayed! We enjoyed every day during our 27-day stay at Daniela and Stefan’s.

Thanks to Sophie for a great start with Airbnb. The place is really tip top, a huge garden and a total of even 4 bedrooms. The highlight is the hot tub. From the accommodation, you can get everywhere in the Bavarian Forest very quickly. A real insider tip. We'll be back for sure

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gerlinde’s beautiful home! The place was impeccably decorated and full of thoughtful touches (many blankets everywhere!) It was very spacious and located very close to the centre of Waldkirchen, only steps away from the bus stop. Gerlinde was very responsive with being in touch when our travel to Waldkirchen was delayed by a few hours. All in all a very wonderful and relaxing stay, highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable in Annette's apartment! Above all, we liked the large windows and the balcony overlooking nature, the kitchen and the fireplace. There are hiking trails on site, e.g. to the Weißenstein castle ruin. We had a very relaxing time and will be back.

Great location of the apartment - next to the ski slope, hiking trails, forest. Several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, tastefully equipped with branded appliances including a sofa bed that can be folded or folded by one movement, plus a perfect mattress that sleeps really well on. The apartment is such a full-fledged accommodation for 4 adults. A big plus is also a private patio with a garden, equipped with a barbecue and a seating area. Host Alena is very welcoming and has tried to accommodate us. We were very pleased with her interest in our satisfaction.

Franziska's place came as listed. The kitchen was well equipped and had the essentials. the appartment was quite spacious and well laid out. The neighborhood was quite but still only a 10 minute walk to the center. Franziska was very flexible and responsive to our enquiries. I would highly recommend.
