Fully renovated apartment (75 m²) in a historic house (former barracks from the 18th century) with several residential units directly on the city wall overlooking Lake Neuruppin. The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

The property is located in the country house Kastanie in Karwe, a charming village on Lake Ruppin. It has a spacious living/dining room with separate kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. There are two sleeping bunks in the passage room, designed as bunk beds, with a bed size of 100 x 190 cm and a double bed, 180 x 200 cm. Awarded four stars by the German Tourism Association! The lake with jetty and swimming area can be reached in a few minutes.

The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

You will live in the middle of the historic old town in a centuries-old house and walk just 1 minute to the beautiful lake promenade and 5 minutes to the center, with a marketplace, cafés and shops. Restaurants, cafes, swimming areas and the spa are in the immediate vicinity.

Künstlerhof Perwenitz

Berlinnah, located at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-story mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for producing flour and feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms, and a cafe in this building Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m² in size.

Our single-family home is located on the southwestern edge of the core city near the lake with swimming facilities. It's about 5 km to Highway 24. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 m away. There is no noisy business in the residential area. The network of bike paths is well developed and a restaurant is within walking distance of about 250 m.
