A great place to stay, you feel right at home. Mike is a great person and host. He welcomed us warmly and we felt very comfortable right away. The place is superbly decorated. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay and if there were any questions Mike answered them directly. We highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Munich and the surrounding area. Large apartment divided into a sleeping area (with a double bed and a sofa bed) and a very well-stocked kitchen. The area is spectacular and very quiet, convenient to Salzburg. Annemarie welcomed us warmly and we found the place very clean. If being on a completely underground floor doesn't bother you, this is the perfect apartment for you!

Most peaceful and idyllic home, very spacious and has breathtaking views, thank You for a wonderful stay!

Michaela was really kind and helpful and went out of her way to help us find a charger for our electric car. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book the beautiful apartment again when we are nearby. Hopefully until next time!

The place was really perfect for us as a family with older children as well as dogs. It is very quiet and yet central to reach a park or Lake Chiemsee on foot. Gstadt is a beautiful place with lots of opportunities to eat and relax and the opportunity to use various sports activities. And you are back to the apartment within 5 minutes, which offers a fantastic view of the lake.

Very nice apartment. Decorated with lots of details. We also found it nice that even for breakfast for a small donation, everything necessary was available.

Thank you, very clean and tidy unit and the owners went above and beyond with even fresh fruit and drink. Everything worked and decent sized room. I wish we could have stayed longer.
