Monthly Rentals in Neukölln Ship Canal

Lio & Etes place was perfect for our stay in Berlin. In particular it was very child friendly for our 2 year old daughter, everything we needed (toys, high chair, crib etc.) were already there so we could travel lighter and feel at home. The apartment was really clean and check in was very straightforward. Location is great, in a nice area to explore with plenty of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Location also offers easy access to public transport to see the rest of Berlin. I highly recommend Lio and Etes place!

Ghislain was very friendly and responsive and gave me some local recs. The neighborhood is walkable and minutes from the Ring Bahn and has a great mix of cheap eats as well as fancier cocktails and vegan options, my only complaint is that the appliances are almost too nice :)

Just got home from a great trip to Berlin. The apartment was everything I could have asked for. 3 minute walk from the S-Bahn station, easy to hop on and off the subway to go to different parts of Berlin. Johanne’s greeted us at check in and was very friendly & accommodating. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in the room after check out until our flight as there was nobody else checking in that day. The apartment is lovely, modern & clean. It had all the facilities we needed such as hairdryer, iron etc. This really was a great place to stay & would definitely recommend.
