Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Neukölln

Meine Freunde und ich haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt. Matthias hat das Haus sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es gab vor Ort wirklich alles was wir brauchten, zB in der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche. Alles war sehr sauber und die Anbindung zu dem Haus ist wirklich gut, vom Berliner Zentrum ist man mit der U-Bahn und dem Bus schnell beim Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Matthias war einfach, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit. Ich kann das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt in Berlin. Mit vielen schönen Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße, aber im Hinterhof, wo es wunderbar ruhig ist. Habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und schon den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht. Klare Weiterempfehlung

Wir waren mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern und Hund für etwas mehr als eine Woche vor Ort. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und konnten die Wohnung als Startpunkt für einige Ausflüge nutzen. Unter anderem dank des eingezäunten Gartens konnten wir es auch zu Hause sehr gut aushalten. Lediglich der Lärm der startenden Flugzeuge war für uns Landmenschen ungewohnt aber dennoch aushaltbar. Sofern es sich ergibt kommen wir gern wieder!

Sehr gepflegtes und gemütliches Haus mit einem charmanten Gastgeber, traumhaft schöner Garten!

Ich war schon öfter mit meinem Dackel zu Besuch und wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Gemütlich, sauber, alles da was das Herz begehrt und zentral gelegen für unsere Zwecke.

Wir haben 6 wunderschöne Tage verbracht in Cathleen's Ferienhaus. Es liegt herrlich ruhig in einem schönem Wohnviertel ein paar Gehminuten entfernt zum Strandbad. Der Garten ist eine Idylle, und Robby bzw Schaf, der Rasenmäher, sorgt für einen sehr schönen Rasen. Wir haben täglich Gebrauch gemacht von der Terrasse entweder am Tisch oder auf der bequemen Lounge. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei und wir können das Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Auch unserem Vierbeiner hat es hier äusserst gut gefallen.

Sehr schönes Apartment, sehr ruhig, kostenloser KFZ Stellplatz und sehr freundliche Kommunikation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Apartment vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

I had a fantastic stay! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the host was responsive and welcoming throughout. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Carsten ist ein äußerst netter und gastfreundlicher Mensch. Er hat geduldig auf unsere Ankunft gewartet und uns sehr freundlich und offen alles wissenswerte und notwendige erklärt. Er ist sehr grossherzig, bot uns an, seine Kaffeevorräte etc gerne zu nutzen. - Die große Wohnung ist super toll mit ihren drei Schlafzimmern plus Balkon. Die Lage der WHG ist auch genial, sehr ruhig und in wenigen Minuten sind sowohl S-Bahn-Station als auch Bus zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und warm , liegt in der fünften Etage - es gibt natürlich auch einen Aufzug. Perfekt war der zugehörige Tiefgaragenplatz. Alles rund um super. Gerne wieder.

di unterkunft befindet sich in kreuzberg umgeben von vielen tollen restaurants, bars und vintage läden. gut erreichbar mit ÖV (bushaltestelle praktisch vor der tür). die unterkunft ist ein besonderes erlebnis , strukturen der ehemaligen bar sind sichtbar und im umbau schön integriert. die kommunikation war äusserst angenehm und sehr zuvorkommend. einfacher check-in & out. danke herzlichst für den tollen aufenthalt in berlin!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es war alles sauber und wie auf denn Bildern beschrieben. Das einzige was mich ein wenig geschockt hat war die Lage des Koffer Raumes zur Aufbewahrung vor dem Check-In. Dies könnte vorher noch gesagt werden, das es sich hierbei um einen Keller in einem Mehrfamilienhaus handelt. Ansonsten war aber alles super und Daniel war auch sehr sehr lieb und die Kommunikation sehr verlässlich. Zur Lage würde ich sagen man sollte sich auf jeden Fall dennoch vorher informieren, dass Neukölln nicht ganz ohne ist und man vor allem um die Abendstunden sich bewusst sein sollte in welchem Teil Berlins man sich befindet. This is a great neighbourhood - a few mins walk to the train and just a wee bit longer to the bus - but that's also where there are heaps of shops and a great supermarket. The local Saturday market was a highlight and we enjoyed the local cafe with jazz we stumbled across on Sunday night. The apartment is well designed and equipped - I loved it. Beautiful linen on the beds - big comfortable beds, fresh flowers, good range of condiments. The location and being on the ground floor were the deal breakers. Im already planning my next stay (and will remodel my pwn bathroom based on this very funky one). We stayed 7 nights and the weekend (Fri/Sat) very noisey lots of street noise - however otherwise very peaceful. I'm already planning on how to come back.

Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Το διαμέρισμα καθαρό, σε καλή τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο μετρό. Η άφιξη ήταν πολύ ευέλικτη. Υπάρχουν κοντά σούπερ-μάρκετ, εστιατόρια κλπ. Προτείνω το μέρος για μία διαμονή στο Βερολίνο! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία.

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Hans and his partner were exceptional hosts, offering a serene and beautifully maintained space that provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and creativity. Their patience with my late check-in was greatly appreciated, making my arrival seamless. The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the home created an environment that was both welcoming and inspiring. I was able to write quite a lot. Thanks to the calm and comfort of their lovely spot. I highly recommend their place to anyone seeking a restorative and productive getaway.

Our stay at Ralph’s place was impeccable, the apartment is astounding with lots of sun coming and every amenity one can think of. Ralph was very communicative and let me check-in 5 hours before the original hour. Only con I can think of was the kid upstairs who kept on running endlessly. Thank you Ralph for this wonderful experience!

Super netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter check-in, auf Nachfrage auch ein etwas späterer Checkout möglich gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt und dazu ein super bequemes Bett und eine schöne ruhige Terrasse. Beim nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder!

Great stay! The area was very walkable. Theres a beautiful park, shops, and things to do right around the corner.

I had a great stay at Gérard and Cinderella's place. The studio is facing the backyard, the bed/ pillows were very comfortable, and there were thick curtains, which all made it easy to sleep well. The studio is located right next to an U-Bahn station, which makes it super easy to access various locations in Berlin. Gérard and Cinderella were both great at communicating and answered any questions promptly. They also generously allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend their place!

A cozy apperment. Quietly located and yet one of Berlin's lively neighborhoods. Right on the border of Kreuzberg and Neukölln. You can't get more Berlin than this. Tastefully furnished. Inside an idyllic Kreuzberg backyard.

Spent 2 night at Simon’s house. Everything was as described. The house is right behind a bus stop. The kitchen had everything we would need. It was warm inside the house but there were fans. Would recommend to my friends.
