In the bedroom, there is a fold-out sofa as a sleeping place for your child. In the cozy and newly furnished living room, there is a flat-screen TV, Wifi is available. Separate bathroom and toilet. Bedding is available and dish towels or towels is changed as needed. No balcony but very large garden for children to romp and play with trampoline, swing and small soccer field. At the house there is a big parking for your vehicle. On request, we offer a bread service.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.
