The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

La péniche est superbe, les chambres sont très confortables. Parfait pour un groupe de 10. Merci pour l’accueil.

Madalena ha sido una anfitriona maravillosa, desde el principio, antes de llegar siempre a respondido rápido a cualquier pregunta. Una vez en su casa ha estado atenta a cualquier necesidad que he podido tener, haciendo todo para que me sintiese como en casa. La casa esta totalmente equipada, con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Muy bien decorada y muy acogedora. Muy bien situada, a 10 m andando de la estación de tren y con autobuses a 2 m. El zona donde se encuentra es muy tranquila y segura. Gracias Madalena por tu hospitalidad!!!!

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

Allison was very accommodating and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect with an easily accessible metro station around the corner. We felt safe and didn’t have any issues. Thank you Allison!

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

J'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour dans ce logement. L'appartement était conforme à la description et très propre. L'arrivée et le départ se sont déroulés sans aucun problème. Je recommande vivement cette location pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix. N'hésitez pas à réserver, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Sehr netter Kontakt und eine wirklich schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Marie-Bénédicte! Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, in der man alles vorfindet, was man braucht, ein Pool, der ein bisschen Erholung nach der anstrengenden Stadtbesichtigung bietet und eine liebevolle Betreuung durch exzellente Gastgeber (jederzeit ansprechbar, ein gefüllter Kühlschrank) - da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Lieben Dank, liebe Marie-Bénédicte, wir haben alles an deinem cosy Ferienhäuschen geliebt, und wenn wir je nach Paris zurückkehren, dann muss es ein Aufenthalt bei dir sein. Liebe Grüße Claudia

El departamento esta ubicado no solamente en uno de los lugares más lindos de Paris sino que tambien esta en geográficamente en el centro de la ciudad, por lo que es fácil llegar caminando a todos las atracciones. Si bien hay que subir dos pisos por escalera, Cecile facilita los dos momentos más difíciles de acceso (el check in y check out), ofreciendo la ayuda de colaboradores para el traslado de las valijas. El departamento es una joyita. Tiene materiales de primer nivel y esta decorado con muy buen gusto. Lo recibimos impecable. Además, Cecile ofrece sin cargo dos limpiezas durante la estadía. Adicionalmente, nos entregaron el departamento con alimentos de primera necesidad (agua, aceite, café, sal, etc.). Espectaculares la cama (nunca dormí en sabanas tan agradables) y la ducha (con jabones de primer nivel)! Cecile es una anfitriona 10 puntos! En resumen, una experiencia 5 estrellas!!!

Great location walking distance to shops restaurants and more. View is amazing. Host is there to great you on arrival and check out to make sure your stay was available. I will say this Airbnb has restored a lot of hope for me in Airbnb and hosts. They are truly great. The apartment is clean. There is TONS of towels, bedding, coffee, water, and if you need more you can just ask. There is 20+ towels… they help you take out the trash and tell you don’t worry about the trash or the dishes in check out as the cleaner is coming. Host is very responsive and there to help you and make your stay great. Everything in the apartment worked. There is new windows that are more sound proof and nice. The living room is HUGE, and the bedroom is much bigger than expected with tons of space for clothes and bags. We will 100% stay again. The host restored my faith in Airbnb.

La communication avec l’hôte a été simple et rapide. L’appartement est très confortable, bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Tout était propre à notre arrivée, avec une literie fraîche et agréable. Nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer la maman de Cloé, qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis et partagé de très bonnes adresses pour découvrir Boulogne. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour réussi !

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Charlie was an incredible host. Her place was charming with the most beautiful view of the Sacre-Couer. We found the bed exceptionally comfortable and it was nice to have a good hair dryer available. If you like style and a want a magical experience in Paris, stay here. We loved it!

I would like to sincerely praise the hospitality of our host, the fast help we received for every question we had, the apartment is beautiful, super clean, the view from the terrace is FANTASTIC, the building also has wonderful doormen, otherwise all the people are very warm and friendly, the metro is a 5-minute walk away, which runs in all directions and you can get to the center of Paris extremely quickly. The neighborhood where the accommodation is located is a pedestrian zone and there is also a shopping center there that has places to eat if you need a quick breakfast in the morning, to buy coffee, whatever you need. I can't wait to come again, and I will definitely choose the same place to stay. Best regards & see you again Paris! ❤️

Neuilly is a really lovely suburb to use as a base to explore Paris from. Apartment as all the basic amenities you’d need for a short stay. Highly recommend.

Léa was very communicative and kind! Her place was very nice and easy to get access to. The neighborhood is pretty quiet so it's a great place to stay if you're looking for somewhere a little less busy than other neighborhoods in the city. We had a great visit! Also highly appreciated the fans that were in the apartment since we visited on one of the days where there was a heat wave.
