I had chosen the apartment because of the location to the hospital and the proximity to the recreational area and Lake Rubbenbruch. My expectations were surpassed. Great location, nice cozy and clean apartment. Highly recommended!

Anna and Raphael's apartment was the most complete I have experienced so far, now many years of travel experience. For us from the first time Airbnb with baby (10 months) and also for him everything was thought of, up to and including a special baby towel and nice toys. Everything was in the theme ocean, but not exaggerated. Very nice job. The apartment was absolutely sparkling clean. It is a quiet neighborhood, with a nice lake within walking distance. This place is really recommended to get away from it all (and for the Dutch) not have to drive long.

In the middle of the city and yet very quiet, as it is out the back. Lovely apartment with great things like mega coffee maker plus milk frother and projector. Comfortable beds. Everything is available in the kitchen. Communication with Gunnar was very quick and we were allowed to stay in earlier and longer as there were no guests coming after us. He always responded to questions immediately. Highly recommend overall!

Great accommodation, Well-maintained and clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The only negative point was the lack of shutters in the bedrooms, so you woke up at the first ray of light. Otherwise great! We'd love to come back

Another great stay, we have been here several times now and love it. The house has everything you need and the garden is a lovely place to sit with a morning coffee . Good dog walking from the house or a short drive to the woods . Shops are 10 minutes away with nice restaurants and cafes . We will be back !

We were a team preparing for a bike race at Hans-Peter and his wife's. The two were super hospitable and super sweet. Even a dinner together with the rest of the girls on our team was no problem for Hans-Peter. The place was also available in terms of size. We were able to recover very well and prepare optimally for the bike race. It was great!

The Host was very active. The apartment was beyond our expectations. We recommend it.

We have rarely stayed in such a tastefully and practically furnished apartment. All our expectations were met. The view is unobstructed and the apartment is super clean. The kitchen offers many possibilities if you want to cook at home. A washing machine, dryer and ironing board are available. My family and I felt at home away from home. The apartment, amenities and surroundings exactly matched the description, and the host is super friendly and very responsive. Cosy apartment with a nice balcony and a very peaceful and quiet area. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the harbour are within walking distance.
