House is exactly as advertised. It’s new, modern and easy to stay in. Katti and Stefan were excellent hosts and responsive and helpful at all times. You will need a car as the location is remote, but easy to find. Would recommend as a base for local ski resorts in the winter.

Beautiful setting, well situated, away from any tourist traps or traffic (great opportunity to practice any German you may have :)!) It was perfect for our family. Host was very responsible and respectful.

Villa Romenthal is an extremely luxurious and very individually designed accommodation with a wonderful terrace from which you have a very nice view of Lake Ammersee. Katja is a very kind and helpful woman who is very communicative. My husband and I stayed in the loft for five nights and we felt completely comfortable. The space is very bright and spacious, very tastefully furnished and there is everything you need for a successful vacation. We can recommend this apartment without any restriction.

Looking for a nice place to stay in Munich for the fair, we were very lucky to come across this wonderful house. Especially Katharina, her husband and her children are extremely helpful, friendly and just wonderful people. The house is 25 to 30 minutes from the center, which is just the right distance for us. We are very happy that we chose this place and not somewhere in the center. Everything you need is at your disposal in the house. There are numerous restaurants and markets nearby, which you can easily reach in just five minutes. If you want to spend a wonderful time in the unique, peaceful and quiet atmosphere of a farm, this is the perfect place for it. The place was really perfect for us as a family with older children as well as dogs. It is very quiet and yet central to reach a park or Lake Chiemsee on foot. Gstadt is a beautiful place with lots of opportunities to eat and relax and the opportunity to use various sports activities. And you are back to the apartment within 5 minutes, which offers a fantastic view of the lake.

As expected, the owner was very helpful and friendly. We were able to stay there with relaxing very much. The location is good as it is close to Munich, I have no complaints, it is very comfortable and I want to recommend.

It was an ideal place for our weekend stay. Alexis is also a very nice host, defo recommended :)

Fantastic surroundings and views. From the balcony you could see the whole valley. The apartment was superbly equipped and clean. The kitchen had everything needed. A folder with information about the place helped further. The forest begins right behind the house. We were more than satisfied with our vacation at Oliver's. We'd love to come back soon
