The apartment covers the entire ground floor of a renovated historic building in the middle of our small old town and yet turned away and quiet. A large green courtyard invites you to relax. This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
