The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve, the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.

“Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. Our house is a cozy retreat for everyone at any time of the year. In addition to a gas central heating system, you can also fire up the large fireplace and cook on the wood-burning stove. In summer, we have a large lawn, a BBQ fire bowl with grill ring and a large dining area with parasol for you in our beautiful flower, fruit and vegetable garden. If it rains, we also have a small cozy terrace with panoramic windows.

Enjoy the beautiful lake landscape of Brandenburg in summer or relax in front of the fireplace during the winter months.
